does the 6730 come with the dial ring allignment tool?

Hi How know the numbers. Please help
The fastest lock manipulator in the world is Jeff Sitar, who can open combination locks in about five minutes, but in reality, he's unique and few can match his speed and talent. Digital combination locks however have become the norm nowadays, they're typically defeated/bypassed using know vulnerabilities. The era of mechanical combination lock manipulation is quickly disappearing, as the modern market demands digital locks, which inherently rely on re-lock mechanisms to protect these vulnerable locks. Thanks for sharing.
The best thing about mechanical combo locks is there is no ''back door'' to the lock or battery's. Unlick digital locks most of which have a built in factory code.

Hello, don't worry, what is the function of that rod that is stretched from the tongue bed to the non-moving tongues, thank you

Anyone have a link to that dial ring alignment tool?
Brian Costley is my favorite locksmith
Perfect presentation. Helped me install new lock after experiencing some issues. Wish all help videos were done this thoroughly. Thanks
The bent handle of the change key will always face the lock bolt when inserting or removing the change key. Additionally the change key is turned to a position so that the handle is in the confines of the footprint of the lock, if viewed from the back of the lock. Keeping this in mind helps you always know which way to insert the change key, rotate it and remove it, no matter which mounting position the lock body is in, LH(Left Hand), RH(Right Hand), VU(Vertical Up) or VD(Vertical Down).
The vast majority of this video is in line with the provided instructions in the box. Where the two part ways is in the "programming" of the lock combination. I've gotten to the combination set part and have been stuck here for hours. I've done everything the video has instructed and the lock "bar" will still not release, no matter what combination I try to choose. Lining up the dics or "wheels" inside the lock is paramount to insert the change key. Following the written instructions makes this impossible. I'm at a point where I will have to leave my safe unsecured with THOUSANDS of dollars of firearms and materials inside.
I agree with all the comments, this guy is truly instructional. The directions that came with the lock are useless. He helped through two spots that could have been bad. Thanks I have been wanting change this lock back a dial for some time.
I have an older browning safe with key to lock dial. How do I lock the dial does it need to be set at certain number?
Our file cabinet/safe has a combo on it which the combo is lost, how do we figure it out when the company called Hillside Metal Products no longer exists.
Also, it has a S&G on the dial
Thankyou
The end where it goes back 10, is that necessary, I have seen other change videos where they just stopped on the last digit.
My rocker arm seems to stick this looks complicated to change the everything is it possible the spring is weak or is it supposed to stick . I got this with property and it was apart I figured out combo but seems like might want some with right tools to replace it before I put anything inside
It brass lever you mentioned at the end sticks and won’t drop some times it will buts not likely will do it again
thopen ditploma t nll
Should it be turning super smoothly? Can I spray WD-40 into the wheels withing the lock housing? I feel quite some resistance when turning the wheel.
How many people are watching this after Liberty safe gave the FBI a customers bypass lock code without a warrant?
Was having issues with lock so I followed your instructions & reset combination. Works like a charm! Thanks so much
Great Video! Thank you!
What a precisely done video. Great job! Thank you sir ! 🙏💕
Apparently, your URL has changed...
Even though my safe is not an anti-Liberty I'm changing the electronic lock to an S&G mechanical. Better "safe" than sorry. EDIT: I followed this video and installation was straightforward. I didn't have the alignment tool so I had to just keep nudging it back and forth until the dial spun freely.
"Liberty" Safes just injected a ton of cash into the lock and locksmith industry single-handedly.
Is the pound key on this K-Pad the same as the "Reset" pad on Liberty safes ?
I think that S&G is about to have a run on new safe locks after Liberty Safes stepped on a sensitive anatomical part by giving access codes to the FBI without a direct court order.
Hello, Great video. One question, does the 6730 come with the dial ring alignment tool? Or do I need to purchase one separately?
Separately. You dont need it. Its a one time use tool, basically.....for $100.00.
Excellent video ! Thank you !
How to open if forget the password
I had a situation where someone got my combination. So I bought a key and changed it,.... then about 6 months later I went on vacation,....... and when I returned it would not open? It looked like it was beat with a rubber hammer. About 3 months later I got it to open. Liberty sent me a replacement,...It didn't install right it felt wrong no matter what I did? And it would only turn about 1 turn and stop? So I Bought a Sargent&Greenleaf off Ebay,...it was worse and wouldn't work. It acted like it was bent? but it was the same one off the other one. So 2 turned wonky tight loose sloppy,... and you put the original one on,... and it was smooth as ball bearings,...it just don't open I also noticed the lock housing were hard to install becauce the housing bolt patterns were kind of tight and cocked the housing a little. So the original was better than the new ones. No matter what I did they did not turn smooth...but the original did.
I changed my combination no problem. It was good for a year, until I went on vacation,..it looked like they beat it with a rubber hammer? Then it would not open,.. I tried and tried 3 months later it opened? I called liberty safes, they sent a new lock? I installed it,... but it would only open on one number like 45? It will not spin a complete turn to set a new combination? Oh yeah, the changer key when its in the right place wont go in?
Too short beeps lol

I haven't opened my safe for 4 or 5 years . Now it won't open or come to that hard stop . I am certain I have the correct combination is there any chance my safe has failed and is in need of repair ?
Good luck getting an answer. These lock people keep everything a secret so they feel special
I'm guessing every safe might have two combinations, a L-R-L and a R-L-R That may not work as well on one of these where there is a final turn to hook the lever and lift a bolt, but in other safes with door handles I suspect there are two combinations. Does anyone know?
Are these locks are one time code locks or password locks
