hello, please could you tell me the dimension of box packet 01:36? thanks!!
I have been a funk Firm fan for years
I've had a similar Technics turntable since 1999. Mine does not have the strobe though. I've never been completely satisfied with its sound, not as loud as I'd like but it's bèen reliable for 25 years.
I bought this same item. Absolute garbage! Best way is to buy a quality screen accurate real leather blank diary from Magnoli Clothiers and craft your own. I just couldn't settle for vinyl covered, poorly bound diary with terrible blurred printing that is literally ineligible and the inserts many of which have no correlation at all.
These are TRUELY awesome.... really fantastic 👏
Got me one of these and used it quite a bit with just headphones plugged into the back. No issues. Until one day, using only headphones again. My wife came up, mid-track, from her office to tell me my song was playing through her jabba speaker in the middle of a meeting. Not sure how my device split its signal from headphones and BT, and her BT speaker took signal from two inputs at once but now my LP60XBT has no Bluetooth hardware in it anymore.
The US version of Help! with the "WACKY" James Bond intro.
hi can you help im looking to get this turntable as 2 nd one to play my old 45s so can you tell me how to connect to my marants6007 amp as has 1 phono out put in wich my main turtable is connected so what what port in the amp do i put as there is no aux kind regards gary
I would recommend a mechanical RCA switcher.
Can I also recommend the Sumiko Pearl. Outstanding cartridge. A true giant killer. I also have the AT3600, AT95E and Orrofon OM5 on other turntables but the Sumiko is miles better.
Love the Black Pearl!
For some reason mine sounds god awfull? like a distored sound
Are you using the built in preamp or an external one?
@@Recordology Im using the Line out switch with the Living room sound system (sound bar) with the RCA wires I will try the bluetooth if that crunchy noise continues
The investor from Shark Tank pulled out after the show. Rokblok made about 969K afterwards before disappearing , thanks to the show.
Interesting!
Running to try this right now. Side c of my favorite album Always just gets skated over thanks for the tip!
Thank you. Argentina is a large but impoverished country and yet we do not have thift stores. It is a shame. Regards from frozen Patagonia. I am from the late 40s and are happy that youth like you love 78 45 33 and 16 LPs and stuff. Gracias
Thank you for the kind comments!
@@Recordology it is an honour.
I just got my cousin the fluance rt81+ and he gave me his old one so i can start collecting and his old one was a bit fast. This fixed it! Thank you so much! Now to start a new hobby!
Only thing I dont like about it, is no bluetooth right?
They make a bluetooth one I believe.....
@@Recordology they do! But.. it does not receive, it only transmits.
@@Recordology yep, they do. But it transmits, and it does not receive bluetooth. :/ know any one that does both that is as good as this one or better quality?
My atx60 it’s better!
I agree lol....
Be careful about thinning down your collection. I’ve gotten rid of, or given away, several records over the years that I now regret. Your Hans Christian Andersen record is one of them. I had it as a child, got rid of it as an adult, and now I wish I had it again to play for my own grandchildren.
Good advice - I hope you find it again!
This can be put onto cd!!!
That's a good little machine, and the stereo head is a game changer, ideal for playing old Tapes , I wonder what a good Quality recorded metal tape sounds like through a decent amplifier.....
Yes you cannot hear metallic ring of the platter anymore you can just hear a plasticky clickky sounds now. This just proves resonances are always there, those can only be tuned to other frequency range that is more pleasant to one's ear. You lose some, you win some. Light acrylic and Aluminium are both good because the resonance frequency is high, and so it does not create low rumble. In theory the optimal scenario would be a frequency so high it is outside the human hearing frequency, how it affects to speakers, and other way is another problem then Hahahahah All this damping stuff only makes the turntable compliance higher in every way, adding more rubber makes the cartridge installation more unstable, basicly making everything less accurate, but in the end it seems to be a proven fact human ear likes a very ''faulty'' sound. Even in CD players the one with less correct treble response, has many times sounded better in blind tests.
Sorry I missed this!
We missed ya!
It would be nice to see a suitcase player with a rechargeable battery. Then it would truly be portable. I think there are some out there if I'm not mistaken 😏 Awsome video Recordology Dude 😀
Thank you! Yes we have reviewed a couple!
I was impressed with the unit and even the cassette section didn't sound too bad. I certainly wasn't aware of serious wow and flutter issues.
I've got a GPO Flight suitcase record player with slot in tape player. It's not the best mechanism as sometimes when you push the tape in the spring doesn't push it down properly on the spindles (hence the rattling in your video) and you have to try it a few times before it works. As the flight I have is slightly bigger than the smaller suitcase record players I've decided to try and upgrade it by retro fitting a Audio Technica AT3600LP magnetic cartridge to it. Have so far fitted the cartridge and added sufficient counterweight to get tracking force down to just over 3 grams. I've not yet fitted the RIAA preamp I've picked up :)
Interesting - I've thought about doing this!
@@Recordology Just to advise that I fitted the RIAA preamp today. My flight turntable has an issue with the main amp so played through the internal speakers sounds squawky. However, have connected it via bluetooth to my sound system and does sound considerably better. I need to do some more tweaks as there's no dampening on the flight turntable (even the Crosley Cruiser has some rubber grommits) and if I could sort out the problem with the main amp would be great. Even the tape player squawks through the internal speakers but sounds fine taking the output via bluetooth or the headphone socket. It was a 'listed as broken' ebay purchase mind you.
Damn, always when I’m unaware or unavailable! Peace.
That speaker magnet so close to the tape scares me
I thought about that too....
They should make one with an 8-track.
That would be cool.
Get a victrola 6 in 1 or 7 in one it’s around the same price maybe a few dollars more
