Im not sure why you required 75% of the money still. 50% of the ideas per person is still plenty of cash. Especially since they are vital parts of your brand. Anyways i dont like Andrew anyway since his rage issue he displayed against Alan so im not sad hes gone but his face was basically the face of YeahMad. I dont plan on supporting the old cast in their future channels. But i didnt plan on supporting this channel but because you finally said something i might stay. I find it strange that there was such a detailed blatant lie and I've not found anywhere online having anyone from the original cast refuting or corroborating anything that's been said. Which leads me to believe they've signed an NDA. Meaning we're not getting the story from those affected.

I will always hold the belief that Yeah Mad was successful because of its formula amd not because of the comedians. Yes, they are all funny, but there are much funnier comedians on different channels that are significantly funnier but nonwhere near the subscribers because of a different format. This channel would have grown just as fast if it started with a completely different cast. Unfortunately, the artists ego will always believe that they themselves are the reason for success.

Most people that dont run the business only see the money being made and not the costs associated with it. This plan seemed bery fair with opportunities for significant raises every 6 months. If you break it down to an hourly wage per person, theor income was insane. You had the idea and all of them would be in the sqme place they were a year ago, they should be thankful for the opportunity amd understand that as the channel continues to grow, wo would their income. My suggestion for future contracts is to have an NDA where they cannot join or start another KZread channel of the same genre as a direct competitor for a min of 6 months. My other suggestion would be to film more often to increase their income so they look at their income total amd not the % of profits.

Bring back old cast, they had great chemistry and seemed like old friends so even when the jokes didn’t land their interactions still made you smile. The new cast doesn’t have any chemistry, the two brothers are too busy flirting to be funny. The jokes land less and the interactions are awkward.

The new cast isn't bad, just different. While almost all comments on new videos are along the lines of "bring the old cast back." I have been enjoying them. In some cases, the new videos being a little less chaotic is actually an improvement to me.

They arent vodemort. They did bring the channel to where it is look at the top viewed videos. This is scarily similar to when the top gear trio left and they were replaced and the show slowly faded into obscurity.

As much as I enjoyed most of the first cast, I can see how it would be stale to expect content to be fresh with that drama undermining the show. When I first came to the canal, I also had to get used to the people. They've gone now and new ones are coming. That's just life. 🤷🏻♂️ But I don't understand why we're allowed to demand that you justify yourselves for something. So, of course, when it comes to the people, why they're gone, etc. But everything else like contracts etc. is none of our business. It would have been enough to say the people left because there were problems. Don't go crazy, everything is great. Let's get used to the new squad now. 💪
