I think a lot of it is prejudice against travelers, but let me tell you, they are a close knit community and their homes are much much cleaner and neater than homes of the average persons. My experience is that they look out for each other and when you are respectful they are too and when they trust you, they are absolutely in kind. I have no problem with travelers of gypsy’s or whatever you want to call them. To me it is a sort of racism, maybe coming from lack of knowledge and unfounded fear. Guess what, we are all people!
