    and user don't want to get tracked, especially not by some 3rd party trackers. you better do add yourself some analytics or ask your users directly. so you gain their trust and loyalty

    I switched from supabase (after many years of loving it) to convex. Its amazing! Ditched RLS Ditched RPC Its basically everything i was doing the super long way using supabase now much easier with convex. Would love your review on it

    You definitely did not have to create your authentication from scratch. You just had to add one api route that handles email confirmation, and that's only required if you want to use pkce flow (which is recommended).

  • @YourAverageTechBro
    @YourAverageTechBroКүн бұрын

    well yes I didn't have to write it from scratch but really what I was trying to say is that it does requires more work compared to Clerk to add it to your app.

  • @1youngtai
    @1youngtai14 сағат бұрын

    @@YourAverageTechBro yeah it's not as easy as clerk but still very easy compared to writing your whole auth from scratch.

  • @YourAverageTechBro

    imo yes. I'd learn react for web development and then you can also build mobile apps with react native and then later on if you want to you can learn to build apps with Swift/Kotlin
