I'm new to KZread...and here because of my 5 sons' enthusiasm towards my ever expanding D.I.Y. skill set. I'm self taught, and not afraid to "dig in" and "do it myself"!!
I may end up with a wide range of subject areas...who knows...wood working, home maintenance, recipes, health and wellness...
That's a lot. Subscribe and see where this goes!

This was probably the best low cost video on making stepping stones!! Absolutely love it! Thank you! Gonna give it a try!

Thank you! I am always told I should make a business of this but haven’t yet! If you are local..,,
Love it! ❤🤗
Ooooooo! So cute! Love the subtlety of the the designs and soft colors. With a larger mold, would make an adorable outdoor tabletop too! Appreciate your direct and succinct presentation, nicely done.
What a great idea! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for sharing these wonderful ideas. I like the size of stone the pans make.
I want to make stones for a patio, that will have metal chairs sitting on it. will this process work if I make them thicker - I'm afraid the weight of the chair and person will break a stone that isn't thick enough. do you think 3 inches would be thick enough to support the chairs?
Too thin to walk on, great decor yard..good video. Will you make a leaf mold birdbath, would like to see your gtake on them
Curly girls unite!! Love them!! Love the video. I’m going to try this today. I’m making a headstone for a friends dog that we watched all the time. 😢I’m going to make it in a smaller container I think. Thank you!
Thank you so much!
Love these! Thank you
Beautiful
Nice. Could one use concrete?
Can I have link for fire place
Awesome. Not sure I want 4 shelving units, but you have given me a great idea. This is something I have considered for years. Agin great job and thanks for the video.
Hi- I think you do swesome job it looks beautiful. I like that kind of electric fireplace. I would like to know where you bought that if you don't mind please 🙂

You can get free boxes from your grocery store
THANK YOU GREAT INSTRUCTION!!
I smiled when I saw the first one with the lead. Beautiful 🍃
Thanks! Very good idea!
I have a question. I am trying to get perspective as I am doing the same thing using a 75 in. TV and same size fireplace. What is the height of the ceiling where you installed yours? Thanks in advance.
How do you keep the stones from sinking into the ground season after season?
very nice video, kim, and I agree,I reuse...everything,I don't believe in the "sustainability of the planet",I just consider it common sense. (I don't hoard, what is garbage is garbage😂😂!)
Very well done, and helpful, thanks Kim!!
Watched tho not equipped but so interested to view success. Ur a genius ; quite the teacher. Loved video
Looks good! What is the purpose of the tile inside? Thanks
the tile remains inserted, incastrated in the cement,it's a decor
@@Gabriel-gabriel Ok, I wasn't sure if it had to be added for strength. Thanks!
What if you left the beautiful green leaves and added a protective layer of clear resin? Do those two materials adhere to one another? I have such beautiful pressed leaves that I’m unsure what to do with?! Lol. Thank you!!! 🍃🙏🏽🍃
Brilliant, thanks for sharing.
This is gorgeous, great job!
Curious why you used halogen versus LED?
Kim, what brand and size fireplace did you use?
Lovely! ONly concern I have is that they might break. Good that you reinforce them with chicken wire!! H'm - indentations fill up with dirt and moss pretty fast? Or am I wrong?
This the most simplest way I’ve seen this ✔️ done! I will definitely be trying this 🥇!! Time efficient and low cost!!i love this
Loved this!!!
👍👏👏👏👏👏😍🤩🙏💕
Putting chicken wire in the middle of the concrete has no purpose. The concrete reinforcement is to be put just below the surface, which means just below the top, or just above the bottom of a stepping stone. That is where the concrete needs reinforcement. Middle of concrete is the only place concrete doesn't need reinforcement. If you mistakenly put it in the middle, it wont prevent cracking. It will just prevent from broken pieces falling completely apart, but not prevent breaking in the first place, just as if chicken wire wasn't there at all.
Good to know,thanks!!
Thanks for the information. Gave me something to research before doing the project. Your tone should be nicer though. She did a good job overall.

Adorable and I love the leaves
Tyfs, great idea using the disposable baking pans as molds. I've got some plastic "Hello Kitty" sushi containers shaped like Hello Kitty's head, gonna see if those turn out some cute stepping stones! Wish me luck. 😼🤞 I like this idea ALMOST as much as I'm digging those curls💗 Your hair is amazing!
Хороша ідея, дякую))
