Plantar fasciitis is horrid! Get Kameron to massage your calves. I found the Scholl Plantar fasciitis insoles in my shoes really helped. Hope you get some relief soon!! Xx

I had the same condition in my right foot. What worked for me was wrapping the affected foot in an ACE bandage at night to immobilize it as I slept. After a week there was great improvement!

My sil wanted my daughter to start a channel and she said flat out NO! She has heard so many stories just like yours, so many people are cruel and they love to inflict unnecessary pain on people. I will never understand it unless they are just miserable people and being mean makes them feel better about their life. Jealousy . It’s sad
I have suffered with plantar fasciitis for a long time. Before you get out of bed in the morning lay on your back and point your toes up toward your body as hard as you can and hold for a bit release, do this several times and it will help so much on the initial standing
I've not seen the comments so might be totally wrong, but just wondering if the ones leaving those comments, are they maybe from Asian cultures? Because I live in Asia and just had my rainbow. My mother in law insisted I stay with her for a while because here postpartum mother's shouldn't do cleaning, particular "water work" like laundry. I'm not entirely sure why but seems like a common thing this side of the world. Could they have meant that rather than calling you a bad mom for doing basic housekeeping!? I sure hope it's something more innocent because oh my god...people will pick faults in annnyyythhiiinngggg and you're so right. We need to do better. I get so bothered seeing mom judgement, particularly when it's women tearing down other women. For what it's worth, you inspire me every video. My rainbow is 4 weeks old (first living baby) and I get a lot of great perspectives watching you parent Kieren and now Thora, you got me interested in learning how to sew, I had made a little garden on my balcony for my angel daughter and then later on you made yours etc etc. You're a lovely person and wonderful wife and mother. ❤

Oh my gosh. When Kam looked at the dress and went quiet I started sniffling instantly because it was written all over his face before he even said he felt emotional. My heart stattered for him. Hug that man from all of us. My husband isn't as emotional as often as me about our daughter's death, but when he shows his grief ooft...it hits in a special type of way. It's so important to recognize father's grief as well. And get Kam to hug you from all of us too because I know there was a lot of emotion with that box and that dress project. So much love to you both. And can I just say LADY! You are looking fine as hell in that swimsuit. I know you said about getting healthy/losing weight. I don't know if you've implemented that yet being so soon postpartum but ma'am you look fantastic. Happy 'MURICA day to you!

Just diagnosed professionally @ 60yo with ADHD, although I have suspected I had it for many years. I WANT the effects that you describe. So far we have tried Adderall up to 60mg and I had a little quieting in the beginning but then nothing.....Not on Concerta and still no positive results. I will keep trying everything possible and I do realize that it is a marathon and not a sprint. People like yourself give me hope that there is a better life out there for me. We just need to find it. Thank you for being here.

Don't let the haters take up any bit of your mental space. It's coming from a jealous place... they probably couldn't do all that with an infant... I wish I could be more like you and more effectively clean while having kids. We can see how amazing of a mama you are. Your doing the best you can, and it's honestly better than most! Your kids are happy. Your husband is happy. You need to be happy! No one else's options matter.

Stefanie, I had plantar fasciitis like you after pregnancy. I agree with a good pair of shoes. I also used a tennis ball and rolled my foot back and forth on it while sitting. I tried to do it morning and night.
