Spinning babies, I think that's where you do a hand stand in a pool. Manual inversion can be a little scary, but it's done in a hospital just in case there's a problem, which there's not going to be. She's going to be head down, you're going to get to your induction date with no amniotic leaks, and she is going to be perfect, healthy, and beautiful.

Baby has tons of time to turn. Our daughter (baby #3) was breech at 36 weeks. My OB had me do something which sounded foolish, but it worked. He had me put a headphone with music softly playing down my pants as much as possible when I was home. Yes, it felt silly, but he said often the baby goes towards the music. It worked. I did it for about 10 or 11 days, and she turned on her own. She ended up being my easiest delivery out of all 6 of our babies.

My baby turned into a breech position at the end of my pregnancy. I did the manual inversion in the hospital and some yoga and acupuncture but nothing worked... She wanted to be close to mama's heart 🥰 I asked for a vaginal delivery and that's what happened : she came butt first! I don't really think it was harder than a normal birth, I was just more supervised (and the doctor helped to take out her little arms and turn her body while I pushed) Everybody makes a big deal out of breech births but honestly I don't think it's that bad, I'm very happy with my experience 😁🥰

Both of my kids were breach and were delivered by c section. It wasn’t what I wanted but it ended up being just fine. The inversion and baby flip didn’t work for either one of them but we tried. If you end up having a c section don’t stress out. It’s not as scary as one would think

Yeah, exactly. It's ridiculous what a fuss so many make over C-sections, instead of being thankful for a healthy baby. Imagine what women went through back in the day when this surgery wasn't an option. It doesn't matter how the baby gets here, just that they DO get here safe and sound! In my opinion, it's not even worth discussing.

My second baby was footling breech. Our inversion failed too, so we had a planned c-section at 39 weeks. I went on to have successful vbacs after. All that matters is a healthy baby.

So sorry for your loss. Our second son was stillborn at 30 weeks. Be kind to yourself. We did have 4 more healthy babies after we lost him, including surprise twins.

My last 2 kids also did not want to flip. My midwife referred me to a chiropractor that specialized in prenatal care. Both kids flipped the night after my adjustments. Apparently my hips were misaligned. Best thing I ever did.

My daughter was breech; managed to turn herself around into that position with butt down a couple wks before the due date. I did have a C-Section, but she was a beautiful baby at 6 lbs 15 oz, healthy, and the most intelligent woman today. She has time to turn around, Stefanie, and if not, a C-Section still gives you a beautiful healthy daughter. Out of the 6 in the nursery she had the best shaped head! It is going to be ok, Stefanie❤I was out jogging a month later.

I concur with everyone else who says that she still has plenty of time to turn around. My last girl stayed breech until the last few weeks. There are ways of getting her to turn, but there is still time. Hang in there. 🙏

My second baby was turning as I was in labor. She was literally cork screwing her way out! She got in the position she needed to be and settled in for her birth. She'll be 40 in June and I remember it like it was yesterday. 😊

My son flipped head down on his due date. He was born 3 days later. All the way back to 1979 😊 Born without pain meds of any kind. Quite an accomplishment when mom is a tiny 4'10 1/2" tall woman. He was 6lbs 7.5oz and 19" long

I know wasn’t a long look but when keiran headrest should be higher the top of his head should still be at least 1” below the top of the car seat while keeping straps at or below shoulders and you got plenty of time for baby girl to turn 😀

Stephanie I had to laugh when you were talking about turning your little girl head down. I was offering the very best advice I could. My third baby was transverse lie. The Dr wanted to flip baby because she was getting so big. I had a very difficult husband and he refused to do anything for me. Anyway he wanted to finish the sprinkler system and sodding the front and back yard. We also extended our porch and put a patio. Anyway he went to get all the concrete and mixer. I had been building frames for all the sidewalks. He would just wheel barrow the concrete and dump it. My duties were to smooth out the concrete. Anyway on my hand and knees all day about 12 hours. But it worked. I went to see my Dr on Monday. He told me I don’t know how you did this but she is head down and perfect. I would never tell him how I spent my weekend. Plus I never wanted him to know that about my husband.😊❤

Currently pregnant with my 2nd and he’s been transverse the entire time. I was offered an ECV but didn’t want it or a c section. I did all the spinning baby stuff and saw a prenatal chiropractor and idk what if anything helped but I am 36+3 and as of yesterday he’s FINALLY head down. Hope she flips for you too!!

She has plenty of time to turn to vertex. L&D nurse here. My last one flipped the day before my c-section. I opted for a C/S anyway.

I love Kieran's curls . Baby girl has plenty to turn. It makes sense to stay where you are for doctors. I would probably waite to move until baby girl is about a year old.

Many don't flip until closer to 40 weeks.

Spinning babies is much less hands on and easier on you and the baby, so you might want to start looking into it so you're ready to do that vs him doing an ECV... just my opinion though! There's still plenty of time for her to flip on her own too though!

My first baby was breech but my doctor turned her when I went into the hospital to have her. Everything worked out good.I pray for you and baby girl everyday. Can't wait for her to be born❤

Mine didn’t flip until 38 weeks and was born at 39. She didn’t like being upside down. 😄 Hopefully your girl will flip right in time too.

There are acupuncture points that can get baby to turn. Worth looking into.

Many turn at the last minute

I did spinning babies and the mile circuit(I think that's the name). My son was sunny side up, head down, but far to the right in my pelvis. I remember the night he finally flipped to facing my back. Hurt so bad lol, but was a relief.

I'm so excited you and my daughter are due at the same time. Right now she's 34 weeks. I'm going to be a grandma for the first time. . I'm excited but worried to because my daughter is so young. She has alot of support from alot of family.

My baby turned between my 34 midwife appt and 36 week check to see if they could turn her and wasn't necessary after the scan. Research spinning babies but u still have time. Some hospitals will let u give birth breech natural in Australia anyway! My daughters birthday is the 25th, I cant believe she will be 11!!! We are doing a Hello Kitty theme (its all the rage again and her 50th anniversary) high tea this weekend.

My baby was breech but then flipped at 32 weeks! You definitely have time, try not to worry (I know easier said than done)! Check out Spinning Babies if you haven’t. Also they may offer an ECV where they turn the baby from the outside but it’s up to you of course! If you have an anterior placenta it could rupture while they are pushing on you so you don’t have to try it if you don’t want to and instead schedule a c section.

Way back in 1971, I delivered my second daughter vaginally as a Frank Breech. She was 21 days overdue and her position was discovered by my labor room nurse. My first daughter was 8lbs.12oz.and delivered head down. My breech baby had flipped from head down to breech after I had seen my doctor and was 2 weeks overdue. I can distinctly remember the night that it looked and felt like an alien was trying to escape from my belly. She only weighed 7lbs.14oz.so I guess they figured that there was plenty of room for me to deliver her safely and I did. I’m proof that a c-section isn’t always a sure thing. Hope things work out for you!

I had an external version and it was painful but not as painful as my back labor once i was in labor. Only lasted 5 minutes and thank God it worked (my dr said it works maybe 60% of the time). I hope little girl is good for you and flips on her own 😊🙏

I've been watching you since your very 1st video! She still has plenty of time to turn but I'd start doing exercises/movements(spinning babies)that can help baby girl turn, i heard if you start doing it early enough it can be around 80% effective. I have 5 children & they all turned by delivery Except my very last baby girl (she just turned 1)she was breech since my 20wk ultrasound & No Matter what my stubborn lil baby just would Not turn. Lol. I have to say my c-section was not bad at all, everyone had me freaked out but it was nothing like I thought it would be. I was up & walking only 4hrs after my cesarean & only took tylenol/ibuprofen for pain. I bet she'll turn. My Dr did not try to manually turn her before my scheduled c-section as he said it normally works best with bigger babies & my lil girl was too tiny she only weighed 6lbs 2ozs & I had her at 39wks 5days. Don't stress, everything will fall into place. It's a common procedure. My 4th child needed a hand with where the exit was. As long as she happy in there, we can think about it, another day 😊

It's very expensive to move in Australia as well, not just the transport of your possessions but the fees for connecting gas, electricity, water etc are astronomical so l hear you.

I have had 4 csections. With my fourth I started to see a high risk Dr who told me 4 csections is nothing he's used to the 8th and 9th csections (being a high risk Dr). He said sometimes religious people will keep having kids regardless of csections risks and has found surprisingly many csections aren't as dangerous as they used to be.

My grandson turned while we were in the birthing room.she was so happy they geared me up for c section gear and he turned .

My stubborn lil boy was breech i had gestational diabetes planned c section 38w. Hes perfectly healrhy 5months old now. Lol i always had the flat tummy n big butt prior 2 pregnancy. Now i still look 6m pregnant 😂😂😂 so worth it tho

You're still too early for them to worry you about that. I am 31 weeks and baby still flips back and forth all of the time and he's average sized ( my last two were just an ounce or two under 9lbs). You could always try spinning babies you just purchase it once and it's pretty affordable ❤ but they usually don't stress til further along.

Babies can turn and turn again

My son was breech. Doctor tried turning him but he flipped back. He was born by c section and kept putting his feet on his shoulders the first couple days. Guess he was comfortable like that. 😂

As someone else said: trying to turn a baby externally isn’t very pleasant, so you might want to reconsider

DO NOT LET THE DR TRY TO TURN HER!! I DID THAT, & IT DIDN'T WORK & MY STOMACH WAS BRUISED BLACK & PURPLE & WAS SO PAINFUL IT HURT 2 EVEN HAVE A SHIRT RUB AGAINST MY STOMACH 4 WEEKS! I pray that she turn & stay head down tho so it won't be a problem! ❤😊

There is something called moxibustion to rotate a baby...my baby was breech ,and i was living in hospital at the Ronald McDonald house because i was high risk...moxibustion wasn't covered by my insurance and i really had nothing to move about in a strange town to look for someone... but i massaged the areas and baby did a half way turn , i paniyand stopped and he went back 😂 had a C-section 😢 but my aunt also told me years later that leaning toward and holding yourselves up with your hands for ten minutes helps the baby move , thats how she rotated her last boy ...if it happens always make sure to check how things are so baby is fine and not choking or anything with the cord

I used to do a lot of sitting and bouncing on a yoga ball near the mid/end of my pregnancy- it helped with the hip pains, but I also feel like it helped get baby in the head down position! (Not sure if there is science behind that lol) He was head down for a while, and the ulta sound tech was always surprised lol

I’ve almost always had to wait for my ob for this pregnancy for 20-30 minutes past my appointment start time. I think the least amount of time I’ve had to wait is 10 minutes. I understand that she’s busy doing something with another patient or got caught up in something, but could she be closer to on time, waiting less than 10 minutes, once? Also I am 32 weeks, and my ob is going to be on vacation for a month soon, when I start to go every week, so it’s unfortunate I will have a different ob for so many appointments… a different ob had to deliver my for my first pregnancy too since it was a Saturday, but that was no big deal. However if my ob delivers me, she offered to place an iud after my delivery, which another ob wouldn’t do. She doesn’t come back until I’m 40 weeks, so we will see… All small problems of course, the important thing is that me and baby are healthy. My baby turned head down at this last appointment at 32 weeks and he was probably breech at my last appointment before at 29 weeks (she couldn’t feel where his head was), so fingers crossed she turns for you soon!
