  everyone is like this only. Airtel is not responding me since last 8 days. they just say it will be restored within 24 hours. Moreover, last year due to rain it didn`t worked for long 2 months and they just refunded for 25 days.

  Same experience here. Jio fibre is not at all customer friendly. I am from hyderabad, kphb, phase 9. One Mr. Shiva from Jio fibre took payment from us. No proper receipt for payment. Then one Mr. Bhanu technician visited us and did the installation. He said, if any problem , I should call him and he will come and resolve. We found that the TV channels not installed properly. Then started our problems. Mr. Bhanu never responds to our calls or sms. Mr. Shiva says he will come and assist which never happens. Finally, left a message saying he is admitted in to hospital. He gave a new number of one Mr. Gopal. Spoke to Mr. Gopal. He said, he will send some technecian. Will update again what happened. In between, tried to talk to some customer care agent. No such facility is there. You need to go through IVR for select issues only and no opportunity to talk to the jio fibre agent. No email also. Contacting proper authority is very complicated. Bottom line.jio Wants to take order only. No proper customer support. Think 10 times before taking jio fibre. Ultimately, I may have to opt for local internet providers and TV channels. Never expected this from jio unnecessary headache from jio. 😢

  Jio fiber is fraud. First of all they dont show up on the day of installation booked by the client and secondly they dont have any customer service. So kindly think thousand times before installing jio fiber

  This is Air fiber not fibre . It's worked like in the same way how mobile network works through towers. So network fluctuations is must . Only jio fiber or Any optic fibre is a good option and stable network
