I live in Ohio, where it does snow, but it's also not uncommon to not have a white Christmas. Last year, for example, it snowed a lot on Halloween where I live, but there was no snow on Christmas.

My parents musical taste centered on classical (I guess); growing up, I thought the Oklahoma! soundtrack and Spike Jones ( the original, not the bad rapper) was popular music. About 1973 I got a used FM radio and my life changed forever!

FYI, there were Surnames in use prior to 1916AD. All the leaders of the failed 1916 rising against English occupation had surnames, all of them. I hope this helps ……Ray

Thanks, Diane! Stevie was (and IS) genius... singer, composer, arranger.. and all-around fantastic human... I hope you listen to more.. this is one of my favorites (combination of funk, jazz, blues.. and that "syncopation" on the brass), but there are many more at least as good... check out "Sir Duke" (tribute to Duke Ellington, featuring brass orchestra).. and also "I wish".. written after a family picnic where he recalls his childhood... so sweet.. look forward to more... and appreciate this reaction...

I almost choked on my drink just now! You listened to Britney Spears OVER FOO FIGHTERS! the talent is not on the same level if fact Britney is in a sub basement! ok I take it back a little. you were probably a 16 year old girl which was and is her base audience. expand your listening pleasure beyond the basement. There is a lot out there.

you find strange men hitting you, they are men, women and men were created to couple but you say women don't hit you, why should they, what's wrong with you? that's not acceptable, that's stupid, that's unnatural, that's sick. how can you say that with no concern your parents may see this video?

Your picks are strange in that both include cards and Teller's head being covered. Teller's doesn't talk in the show. He did in the "Big Bang Theory" playing Amy's father. You should look up their Lift Off Of Love. FYI - there bit isn't so much as magic as in shock and showing how it is done. They RARELY do card tricks! You basically picked the same trick years apart. kzread.info/dash/bejne/kYSjpsquedOZeZM.html

I remember him doing an anti-drunk driving ad sometime in the 80s. He was shown as a passenger in a car, saying that he'd drive himself before getting into a car with a drunk driver. That was after his car accident, so I'll assume that he knows what being in a crash is like.

Amazingly Jeff Beck came up with the drum licks for this song while fooling around in the studio. Stevie was going to give him the song to record for Beck,Bogert and Appice but took too long to release it. When Motown management heard it they knew it would be a smash and released it first

A note on the Coolio thing: Weird Al never produces a parody without approval. In the case of Amish Paradise, he actually had gotten approval from the record company that held non-exclusive rights to the song, but not from Coolio himself. Coolio later stated he regrets how he reacted. He was also paid royalties for the parody as well.
