    It is a great proportion of the aging population that need help in improving bones to be able to walk, for the Drs that like to make money and create better techniques, what are you wanting for…..

    How is that no Dr. or scientist are working on advancing a fix of bones without creating deformities that have patients NOT walking with natural steps.

    Priya ji..start the Physiotherapy of your mother as soon as possible in any physiotherapy centre or by home visit. Even after 8 months, if there is no movement activated then it is something serious. It would be better if you consult any physiotherapist ASAP. This machine is available on Amazon or Flipkart. Do search Tapsi ES machine for physiotherapy

    Really informative video! Thank you. Why don't radiologists take X-Rays bending forward and backward for lumbar spinal lumbar Spondylisthesis of L4/5S1. Have you heard of complex Y-Axis Scoliosis, increase of the natural spine curvature?

    I have stage 4, bone on bone complete. I need both knees replaced, but have MRSA and osteoporosis. I am scared of surgery, so my pain Dr prescribed off loading braces for both. It cuts the pain while walking up to 40%. Also, to control some of the arthritis he does ablasions on both every 6 kos.

    Let me give you some advice❤️ 👉Start wearing knee offloading brace during any activities 👉Start physical therapy. As it may give you some effect like pain relief and improved joint mobility. 👉 Reduce your weight to offload your joint(best way). So follow any diet plan or hire dietician 👉You can go for the joint health supplements like combination tablets of, glucosamine, collagen type 2, chondroitin and diacerin. (After your doctors advice) 👉For osteoporosis, start calcium rich diet and nutrition. You can also go for the PTH injection (teraparatide injection) if your doctor advices you. 👉Other options - PRP therapy and cartilage regeneration therapy. 🔴 Do and Don'ts 👉Start wearing knee offloading brace while doing any activities 👉Avoid sitting on the floor with legs crossed (sit on chair) 👉use Western toilet 🚽 👉Avoid squating position. 👉Don't stand for the long time. 👉Don't climb the stairs repeatedly 👉Put ice pack and hot pack on knee joint alternatively 👉Use pillow between legs while sleeping on one side 👉Decrease the body weight if possible 🔴 Suggested physical therapy exercises Ankle toe movement Quadriceps setting exercise Quadriceps stretching (should be pain-free) SLR exercise VMO exercise Knee joint and patella (knee cap) mobilization Calf and hamstring Stretching Knee bending exercise Pillow squeeze between legs Heel raise If you still have any doubt, you can comment ✨ Wishing you a happy and pain free life ahead.

    I do take physical therapy. By tge way, i also gave fibromyalgis so severe that i was first diagnosed with MS. I also have naturopathy, and cannot sleep in a bed, I sleep in a recliner. When I started going to my pain Dr in 2916, I was on a 50mg fentanyl patch, with 20mg oxycodone for break thru pain, and pain level was still 8-9. I now receive 5mg oxy and 30 of them lasts over 90 days. If anyone reading this live in Reno, NV, see Dr Patterson or Jenson at Nevada Advanced Pain Specialists.

  • @mariancox5856
    @mariancox5856 Жыл бұрын

    Yes, in 2005. I have 2 spots in the white matter, one on each side. I started out on Avonex, then Tecfedera, then an IV drug, then Aubagio(?). When it didnt help, i was told that since there were no placque in my spine I didn't have MS. They can't explain the unsteadiness, or my other physical problems that don't fall under the Fibro symptoms. The advise you gave me I appreciate, but have already been implemented. As for the braces, due to Fibro making my ENTIRE body feel like one huge bruise, I can't wear as much and as long as you state. The straps start to be painful after about 3 hrs and Dr and physio can't figure how to overcome it.
