After all, most add-ons can integrate across different POS brands and merchants easily (as easy as logging into your account).

Thanks for mentioning these great tools; however, I would also like to add one more tool I recently tried - InvoiceBerry. I found it much easier than other tools in terms of interface, simplicity of the features, and advanced payment methods. I love using it for my small business and it has been a great help. I will definitely recommend you make video on this tool when you have a chance.
Great video, and most underrated channel, bravo. May I ask if there is a tool/app/software usable to rewards users for performing a task on different social media (sharing/following/ and such): I.e. giving away credits/points/discount to redeem/spend on our websites/shops. It’s pretty common on platform such as discord but I can’t find an equivalent tool for any other social media or website. Thanks :)

Toast = ridiculous fees and poor technical support, people have complained it was part of reason for going out of business. Beware Toast posted a 275 million loss in FY 2022, so might not be around long. Clover = poor customer service AND days to WEEKS to get customer charges sent to YOUR bank! This is what I have gotten from fellow business owners when I started looking for POS for my new business.

Heads up on Lightspeed , Support is great for sales and upgrades, However, technical and billing is extremely slow to respond. So much so that I am watching this video to pick an alternatives.

Good video ! My experience with one of them : After many weeks in business ( with review success by Square) , Square decided to desactivated our account without given reason on the 15th Friday 2024. We are used to square for Boutique (square stand), web site and stock management. We are a retail boutique and we respect all the policy of Square. We called the Square support and they told me "Sorry we didn't known why your account is desactivated and we can not do anything for you". So our business is totally stopped now and the money is blocked by Square for 90 days. We received an email of Square "Our account services has reviewed and determined that we are no longer able to support processing your payements" . So we are blocked and Square will not do anything. All the inventory of our boutique and all web site under Square . Not easy to change , especially when you are a real Boutique. How can they block a company without giving an explanation ? So it's really important to have a good customer service .
