I am thinking of buying speakers, but I would appreciate it if you could help me decide to choose a speaker to listen to music and play games next to my desk in a relatively small room. First, I am not sure if monitor speakers are good for regular music listening. Second, I am thinking of buying PreSonus Eris Studio, either 5 or 8. I am not going to listen too loud, but I am not going to have a woofer, so I am thinking of buying 8 but listening to them at a relatively low volume. What do you think?

Why soundcraft has no EQ on stereo channels at all, and Yamaha has only 2 band EQ, while having 3band EQ on mic inputs?

Awesome video! I bought the Evolve 50 last week! I am loving it! 8 channel built in mixer with effects, like you said, this can't be beat.

I already have the SM7B. If it was $150 i'd buy one and sell my SM7B but they are so close to what I could sell the SM7B for ($300-ish) that I can't justify selling the Shure for a UA. If you dont have an SM7B get an SD-1. If you have an SM7B keep it and buy an SD-1 if you need a 2nd mic.

I'm getting Arturia Keylab essentials 49 next week to replace my NI Komplete Kontrol MK2 . I am mainly a media (film/tv/commercials) composer and I wonder if AL has many cinematic sounds. I heard a couple of Pads that sound very good but I am a bit worried that the majority of the sounds are mainly for EDM/Trap/Hiphop.

Hello. Why do the tweeters make noise in the TS415? No cables, everything set to "0" EQ off and when you turn on the Power there is noise? What to do with this? Why isn't anyone talking about this?! Everyone praises it, but it is clearly a poorly made column.

Can someone help to understand if the seqtrak midi input is a Midi Type A or Midi Type B? Because I've tried both, neither work. It only works with the included midi adaptor that comes with the seqtrak.

I have my unfortunate Logitech 2.1 Z533 (Logi 2.1) connected to my DAI.. but they're decent for the price(Although you have to by an additional better cable to connect to the PC, otherwise tons of static) I play bass.. and even with the sub they seem to be failing there. I would possibly go to the KRK RP7 or the Yamaha HS7... A question though.. is the Focusrite 2i2 enough to output to the monitors.. or should I amp it in between? Room not too big.. mix of wood / concrete.. some acoustic panels being laid out.

If you get an opportunity, please add Sonodyne SRP 500/501 to the lineup next time. They kick the crap of monitors twice their price.

Far from being the best MPC ever by any means. Unfortunately they diminished the control aspects that the MPC-X offer which hurts the usable nature of the unit in the studio. It's more like a MPC One with a ribbon controller since it lost the 16 encoders and display strips of the MPC-X. The key was definitely made for players instead of for the heavy lifting. It looks like many people discovered that after getting them since the used market is flooded with them and the price keeps getting lower and lower in the used market as well.

Personus USB 96 is built like a brick. However, 4 years in and it started to fall apart in terms of jack signals to the headphones (left/right), monitors as well. If you have a phone or wifi router near it you will hear the disturbance in the force. Also IDK if this is from the interface it self of the pc but when I scroll pages it makes a sound :D I am swapping it for the VOLT 2 next week!
