What a load of bollox. These children are too naive to make such mature decisions. for fuck sake can these children discern when a politician is lying to them.. Fuck off NYCI. There are plenty of adults with childish minds to thick to vote, we dont need children making mature decisions also

These stats prove that the state has not got Young People and their development as one of its prime agendas. The proof is out there, The State are agents for social control, and repeating inequalities rather that promoting a fairer more just Society.

Today we are launching a 10-part video series on equality and inclusion in youth work. It looks at issues such as working with Travellers; how young people can support others around mental health; the experiences of LGBT young people, minority ethnic young people, young parents and more. Anyone working on or interested in these issues will find the video shorts offer a fresh perspective and a creative way of engaging young people with issues of inclusion and equality. Each short clip in the issue-based video series, supported by the Equality Authority, can be used as a standalone resource to raise discussions within youth groups, or in conjunction with the free online resource Access All Areas: A Diversity Toolkit in order to embed diversity within youth groups. The first video, released today, looks at ‘equality’ - and asks young people what it means to them. It can be viewed on www.youth.ie/act_on_inclusion where a new video will be posted each month over the next 10 months.

The Irish are entitled to their homeland just as few would object to Poland for the Poles or Africa for the Africans. This is true diversity.
