  @JakeBullit123 Mine will be stock on 3S for now. Got a few 3S lipo for it and 2x 18650 plus I may make a 21700 3S 4200 for it.

  @@blackbirdboy1 check those stock motors are properly bolted on. One of my motors fell off mid flight.

  Enjoyed the taxing out bit, really adds to the clip. Too often we never see the plane...It appears you've got a fair bit of right Aileron trim during level flight....🤔😳🇬🇧

  it seems that the CG is too far back. My eagle had the same characteristic. Then i managed to get more weight in the nose and it flew well! Much better than before!

  That electric motor sounds great....love how you throttled it back on the low pass. Its so delightful to finally have a day where its not blowing a howling gale, grey and raining eh..? Prop balancer for Christmas, see me after School.....lol...🤔😏😀🇬🇧

  Yes had a good week last week, lots of flying. Don't think the prop is out of balance, maybe the canopy needs securing better, or cut the rest of the windows out?

  Was the landing FPV? I have trouble landing the bloody thing LOS, let alone FPV, lol I do keep saying, WHEN I bust the landing gear again, I'm going to rip them out & the flaps and FIt a FC & INAV plus FPV and hand launch and belly land her.

  Yes, doesn't make a difference if I land FPV or Los,I think I'm chopping the throttle to soon. Someone's I belly land it, I've tried hand launching but it's a bit porky with a 5000 4s in there.

  I bought an Artillery Sidewinder with an interest in making small parts and eventually printing planes. The more videos I watched, the less interested I got in doing it. BUT! I was prepared to laugh at this video, but that eagle flew way better than I expected and looked super cool in the air! Since we didn't get to see the second time it went it, did it do something similar? Are you sure you lost control and it didn't mush around and stall on downwind turn? I have a foamie Bangood Eagle that flies great but looks terrible. Yours is enough to interest me again. Nice work!

  So many flights end with all control lost. Makes me wonder about modern RC transmitters and receivers. Beautiful model that seemed underpowered but otherwise a good performer.

  Had plenty of power, and elrs link was good. Possibly flying to slow so didn't have much soldering Aileron authority?

  Oh dear, looked a bit directionally unstable Jakey....Ive a couple of printed planes, they look great but feel too heavy and too fragile to risk flying....Kudos for flying Mode 1 m8....🤔😮😏😀

  Nice work. I feel your pain on the print time verses air time. I print a lot of planes and have found the strategic use of fibreglass and carbon makes them a lot more robust.

  Hi Jake, I own the Manta and the T1 ranger VTOL. I was surprised during the first takeoff of the Manta, the T1 ranger VTOL is much more stable than the manta in Qloiter mode. Perhaps settings to improve, in all a nice demonstration.

  Well that flies pretty good, and no prop to cut your hand..Are you going to tell us the spec etc..?..Its sounds super quiet for a twin EDF...🤔😏 You got a flight controller in there?.

  Not much to say really. It's 2x40mm edfs, with gyro. It's has differential thrust when the gyro is on. I'm using a 2700 4s. It flies great, very smooth and is super quiet. Cheap too.

  Seen loads of people that love these and fly great. Not sure what I did with mine, but it never flew right. Crashed loads of times, then when I did get it flying it was an absolute pig. Gave the airframe away in the end. Never liked the AR900 too, though I still have that. Its had multiple motors on it. None of which improved it. I did love my S1100 Harrier though. Have a new kit to build if I ever get the time.
