I visited your KZread channel and found it needs a lot of updates. First of all your channel video SEO is very weak due to which your channel video views are not increasing. If you do SEO then your video will come first in the search list and your video views and subscribers will increase. I am waiting for your reply. Please let me know if you need my service

what source of innovation would electric cars come from? regulation + demand pull? customers becoming more environmentally conscious
@ManagingInnovation7 ай бұрын
Hi Tania, I think you;re right, it's a combhination of customer demand from a grpowing environmentally consvcious group, plus the push which regulation can bring byb penalising non-electric vehciles and subsidising ownership of Evs

Hi John, it's so amazing to be able to watch these highly informative videos, thank you so much. I am currently doing my MBA at the University of Exeter Business School, and working on a project that aims to map the ethical, societal and environmental impact of the metaverse. Stuart is my advisor by the way, and he was quite happy when I showed him that I am using the AREA method (derived from ARDR) to shape my own research. Would you be open to having a chat sometime, either on Teams or at the university?

"when I was at Clay's firm, we would always having executives calling and saying "we want to disrupt ourselves" and I would explain to them, this is what that sentence means and by the time I was done they would say "Ohh we don't want to do that."" - Robyn Bolton It's such a good point and one I've experienced a lot myself. Organisations are saying that innovation is the number one driver of growth, but they're not yet ready to do what it takes to actually make innovation happen. I do believe it's possible for large organisations to disrupt themselves and create transformative innovation. Amazon is a good example of this. But there aren't that many others doing it at that scale. Great interview. Thank John and Robyn 🙏

@NickHimo good points… Incumbents really struggle with disruptive innovation The level of ambidexterity needed can cause too much internal disruption and confusion. That is why grow external and bring in once established is more common.
