It is very real, many many many people from all areas of the political spectrum have written books and papers in the last 5yrs on the slow rise of fascism in America. God mode was not the reason Mac did this diss track, it was the final straw. Tom has been using what he said in god mode about Mac, for the last five years, as an excuse not to return a diss track to anyone that dissed him, like Upchurch and a few others. Here's the rub though, he didn't ruin Mac's career in the slightest, he's been doing the battle rap thing since 2001, he won Scribble Jam twice, has released 3-4 studio albums, the last one featured Tech N9ne, started his a record label he still runs today, and has a weekly radio show in his hometown of KC and he's currently on tour with Twisty from D-12. The only thing he walked away from after their last beef was KZread, which he was already pivoting away from. Oh yeah, and he NEVER GOT DIVORCED, still married to the same gal, happily. Tom's had Mac's name in his mouth for 5yrs, and lying about his wife leaving him, and Mac finally had enough.

I have no problem giving credit where it is due.... Mac was a battle rapper and I honestly expected this energy 5 years ago..... It just feels a little much for something that brought him some traffic.... Also, he dropped this a month after God Mode and right after Tom dropped Me vs You This diss has 344k views in 2 weeks. Me vs You has 5 million in 2 weeks. And God Mode has 6.3 million views. So I don't think Tom should respond - unless it's another No Response, Riot, or God Mode.... And Mac has gone after Nova every time. Mac is friends with ICP and one of the members of ICP tried to get with Nova while she was with Tom and he got upset..... Kuniva also came out and said that he doesn't know Mac and was kind of mad that Mac said D12 were his new friends and brought Em into it. Guys I normally like your reactions but this one... man you really brought your personal politics into this one and personally it isn't a good look. I'm not leftist or right, I'm independent, but you guys took this personally yourselves and it was kinda sad to watch. He came at Tom's base because Tom's base came at him hard during and after the first beef, I have heard "I don't normally like rap but Tom is great" in the comments to reaction videos often, like it or not it's a thing. He came at Nova because Tom said he was going to go "chris benoit" on his family in his final diss which means he was going to kill them all, and also, there's a common thought that Nova ghost writes a lot of tom's material. I'm not a Mac fan or a Tom fan. I had Tom winning the first bout, but there were some punches in here and Tom definitely needs to respond. Also, freedom of speech means you can say what I want and I can say what I want. You're saying they don't allow you to have your views and the left is good about shutting down their opponents, but so is the right. Both sides employ cancel culture and if you're going to say he's wrong, he has the right to say you're wrong, that's how it works. Neither of you have the right to tell the other they can't speak. My advice would be to keep your personal politics out of your videos. You're going to polarize your viewerbase that was as people that don't agree with your political views are going to be offended and might not want to help your channel. I just don't see how it helps you in any way. Personally I ride the fence. I’m also independent. I’m outspoken against the extremes of both sides and how it polarizes the American people against each other. Tom calls out the far left which to me I appreciate. At the same time I don’t agree with everything he says and I clearly state that in this video. Low hanging fruit calling someone a white supremacist who raps to people who shoots up schools and wanting to own slaves is pretty self explanatory. That is an example of the polarizing stereotypes that divide the American people. The propagation of identity politics is getting so old. The media like Fox News and msnbc just push their narrative while pinning people against each other. The repetitive use of “racist” and “white supremacy” is devaluing its meaning. The points about Tom coming at Mac about his family, Nova possibly ghostwriting for Tom, all valid points and I appreciate bringing this up. This does make Nova more fair game in my eyes. Should have known this prior to reacting to it but hey, it is what it is. To be fair, I did ask in this video why he’s going so hard on Nova. I’m getting my answers. We have all heard TM say multiple times the last few years that he will not do anymore diss tracks. For his mental health he doesn't want to get into the negativity. I took God Mode as TM explaining how it made him feel when he battled ML. Seems to me God Mode released during the height of the internet seeing rap battles everywhere and everyone was hyped because of Upchurch. That's fair. Unfortunately I have, and it's usually the ones that solely listen to Tom and no other hiphop artists. Any criticism eventually just end with them resorting to calling me and at times whatever hiphop artist I was referencing racial slur. So i just stopped giving my opinion on Tom's music.

I’m not watching this. I just popped in to support the channel and give a like and a comment. In addition to that… Toms not gonna respond. He’s not gonna give Mac the platform. I mean it took a full 24 hours for Mac’s video to reach 100,000 views!.He’s just not even close to Toms level so Toms not gonna waste his time and energy on it. I mean, he didn’t come after Upchurch and Upchurch is way bigger than Mac has been in decades. In my opinion, a lot of this was fighting words. But Toms bigger than that. @ThreeShadesofWhatever Mac didnt get a divorce. Tom listened to Mac's latest Album and misinterpreted it. The the whole album was a story of the trouble he was having in his marriage during the pandemic. It went as far almost fully getting divorced, going to couples therapy to reconciling and saving the marriage learning about himself. Also he didn't destroy his career. Mac has been on tour the past few years. He just hasn't been making youtube videos, but has been posting his music everywhere else. Also part of the reason he's going after Nova is because she helps Tom write some of his verses. Some of the die-hard Nova fans usually point it out when they notice. And if listened to Mac's music, you'd know he against the system altogether, just the rappers he listed. He's just using it to get under people skin and evidently it's working.
