Very clear n concise explanation.keep up good work😊
Nah, you lost me with that "woke" BS. Stop overusing that garbage term that you don't know the meaning to. Target didn't "get in trouble" for anything. They won't apologize for it, as they did absolutely nothing wrong. Keep your politics out of your videos.
Gee Funny to start nothing about SOCIALIST"S mandating what business's must pay workers...............................
I have been unemployed for six months and I am a white collar worker in a niche industry. I have searched my job title and only 25 positions returned for the whole country which included a host of adjacent positions titles.
You said the more McDonalds restaurants raise their prices the more McDonalds as a corporation is going to do well. If that is true if I was the CEO of McDonalds I would have them raise all their meals to $100 each. If the higher their prices are the better they will do then think just how well they will do if they raise their prices to $100 a meal.
Hey $5 for fries, a drink, nuggets and a burger is a good deal. All the snobs saying I would never go to McDonald's. Must feel good to be rich.
Common sense stuff. Stop spending money on stupid stuff. Just hope Trump wins in 2024, because he isn’t the best, but Joe Biden is the worse ! Joe showed us that he can barely speak, never mind run our country.
McDonalds, don't even TRY to beg me to come back until you cease that stupid pinching the bottom of the fry box trick so we end up with only a half box of fries! Have the fry boxes full with the fries standing tall and proud like you do in all your ads, past and present.
this is leading to you will own nothing and be happy
You can complain about a lot of things, but complaining about the cost of flying fighter jets at low altitude over my head is something I will never agree to 🇺🇸🖕😎🖕🇺🇸
The area of the US I am looking to move to, has gone up maybe 30% over the last 2 years. That’s nuts. You would think the opposite because rates are way higher now but there’s so little supply that people are paying just stupid prices. And here’s the thing, this market will tank because there isnt even close to the population growth to justify that I increase in prices.
john Deere Laid off alot of people in the last few months
Oh No. Anyways.
Lol!
States like Texas and Fla are fine though with high property taxes if you are still working because you get the benefit of no state income tax. They need revenue from somewhere. It really hurts when you retire and have to pay the big property tax and aren’t working so the no state income tax doesn’t help much if at all
I had my honda civic for 20 years until the rust got to it. Now im driveing my 97 pontiac Grand Am GT that i had garage kept with only 57 thousands miles , i love it , yes it has issues but i take good care of it. I love America cars. Iast year i looked at used cars i was shocked at the prices but since i lost my job last year. I don't drive much anymore.
Who going to spend alot of money on Crap Cars....
The thing about 401K balances is when you switch jobs, you can move your 401K to a brokerage account. 401K is only for your current employer, so possibly people might have more in IRA accounts at brokerages.
The F-16 maintenance alone is about $7,000 an hour. The f-18 is about $30,000 per hour. The F-22 is about $85,000 an hour. And now the United States has started world war III. Good luck to everyone. 😮
Some people have chosen to live in their cars or rvs for the sake of freedom. The cost of keeping up a house is ridiculous and stressful. I have wanted to get out from ours just so I don’t have to clean so much. But, young adults are living at home with us because they can’t afford college or to move out. We just have to support each other and stay put. Paying our house off would be super helpful but nowhere close yet
I work for stellantis and theyre sabotaging the Ram plant on purpose. Theyre even getting into controversy with our suppliers. They fired american engineers and replaced them with foreigners making 45-50k a year. Very greedy company
I wish all immigrant traffic would just STOP coming to Florida......
My job buys me a brand new vehicle every 5 years and pays for all my gas, insurance and maintenance. Guess I'm lucky. Especially in this economy. Keep in mind, most of my driving is work to related but i also use the vehicle for all my personal driving.
Lived in Central NW FL most my entire life after Hurricane Micheal in 2018 after it wiped Panama City and 100 miles east. The cost skyrocketed to live there because of excessive price gouging and we got priced out this past year because there was no daycares and insurance kept jumping year after year. The reason it keeps getting hotter there is because they keep building and building and taking away FLs beauty with all the trees unfortunately. The FL I knew as a kid is long gone
The takeaway is to more wisely spend your money on more healthful food and cook it at home.
It has become unaffordable and just a dream to get an SUV...I looked at home prices today, and homes that were selling for 450K, two years ago and now selling close to 1 mil..I feel so down..anyone else feeling the same?
Thanks Joe! You're doing a great job running the country into the GROUND!
Keep reporting on this. Thank you.
Dude you are so unfocused on your channel. You covered new cars, air shows, wars & housing costs. Damm, try to stay on point once in a while.
Charging prices that're 2 to 3 times than M.S.R.P. will keep them overpriced cars on the lots especially Trucks.
The prices are extremely high so I’ll keep my 2013 Ram 1500 with 184,000 miles on it still going
Insurance and prop tax makeup for state inc tax. Scam!!!
Is it any wonder? Theyve been engineering automobiles with substandard parts for decades. This recent push where if a car runs hot one time the engine is ruined. Who needs vehicles that are that unreliable. Forget the bells and whistles. If the car is unreliable, theyre unreliable. Besides, automobiles are getting too expensive anyway. The drastic price increase a few years ago priced many people out of the market. Its the same way in housing too. This trend will continue as long as companies raise the prices. I guess we may all be riding golf carts and living in campers pretty soon. I dont buy the fact the the FEDs elevated interest rates are making houses so expensive. They were already too high before the FED raised their rates. Prices go up when the FED prints money. This is the truth of the matter and rate drops wont mean a whole lot. And once that money is printed, it cant be unprinted so prices wont be going down because the owners are unwilling to take a loss. I dont blame them, considering the dollar drops in value every time the FED prints money. But when taxes go up, they have no choice to sell after while or loose it for taxes or HOA fees. Its why I never will buy in an HOA neighborhood.
Consider this. Once faith is broken with your customers, it takes much longer to get your customers to buy afterwards. Price jumps since the pandemic have broken the faith people had in the car market. It will be this way with houses. And it will be this way with insurance companies. It will be the same for HOA neighborhoods. It might get bad enough that they can't even give things away and in the insurance dealers, a lack of people insuring will come about. This is a prelude to depression.
I'm basically in the minority, but I personally don't mind the military costs as much. A flight show is good practice, and more importantly shows "strength" or "capabilities" of said military. I find anything military as negotiable if people actually negotiated - which we don't anymore. What irks me is having homeless camps of Americans while we give shelter to illegals. That's the bottom line. Total stupid. No excuses.
Meanwhile, the most healthy fast food White Castles is doing great with 24 hour service
Early 2000s, credit cards were 3%-6% then by mid-2000s them suckers were 34% or more!! It happened to me, it happened to my friend, they sucked us dry, my friend went to work for someone else, I dropped off the grid, I don't know what my credit score is now and I don't care. I'm back in good graces with the IRS and proudly pay my taxes, make good on everything now but once bitten, twice shy!
They're not out of touch, they're just doing the same old gaslighting trick they've done since the founding of this failed state
It burns me to see EV's rushed onto the market to comply with the BS narrative about saving the planet. Garbage vehicles that are themselves detrimental to the environment, garbage resale, taxpayer sudsidies and a totally unecessary assault on our fragile economy. Stop supporting this lunacy!!
This is me back to work 71
HOA fees are one of the biggest scams you can get into, whether for a condo or a house. With the humongous property taxes we pay here in the US, don’t fall for any living arrangement where you have a penny over that and if at all possible keep full control over all and every cost every penny of it nobody should ever have to tell you when you need to do any maintenance. that is a potential financial catastrophe. I guess what I’m saying is it’s a much better deal to live in your own small house on your own small property completely independent of any other property. Don’t let any lust for the opulent looking amenities and pools and all that crap ruin your life. It’s just not worth it. There’s always alternatives and a simple private back porch is likely all you ever need for enjoyment and relaxation.
Ideally I will just work part of the year or part time for the year. I can build apps until I die. When will that be? I'm 66 so anywhere from today until many years from now. Whatever.
Capitalism= boom and bust over and over, until the rich have ALL the $$.
24 hour Wal-Mart and 24 hour McDonalds was convenient for restaurant workers working 2nd shift , getting off at 1am was convenient to find an affordable Wal-Mart or McDonalds .
Wow! Interesting information always.
Trumps administration flunked on 24 hour service in U.S.A during pandemic, Biden Administration did not fix 24 hour third shift work
I have to say Wendy’s is on the cheap side still. Sunday I was able to get three biggie $5 meals and two chicken sandwiches for $19.47. I was able to feed my three kids, wife and myself without breaking the bank. I was pretty surprised at the price. We ate at long horn for lunch with my family, my parents and brothers and his family. It was almost $300 when pre pandemic it was less than $150.
Everything one buck
The middle class is shrinking, can't afford it anymore
Prices have been incredulously out rages for at LEAST the past plus 10 years! Those of us have been sounding the alarm but GREED has been paying 🤷🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️
McDonald's lost me decades ago.
