    Nah, you lost me with that "woke" BS. Stop overusing that garbage term that you don't know the meaning to. Target didn't "get in trouble" for anything. They won't apologize for it, as they did absolutely nothing wrong. Keep your politics out of your videos.

    You said the more McDonalds restaurants raise their prices the more McDonalds as a corporation is going to do well. If that is true if I was the CEO of McDonalds I would have them raise all their meals to $100 each. If the higher their prices are the better they will do then think just how well they will do if they raise their prices to $100 a meal.

    McDonalds, don't even TRY to beg me to come back until you cease that stupid pinching the bottom of the fry box trick so we end up with only a half box of fries! Have the fry boxes full with the fries standing tall and proud like you do in all your ads, past and present.

    The area of the US I am looking to move to, has gone up maybe 30% over the last 2 years. That’s nuts. You would think the opposite because rates are way higher now but there’s so little supply that people are paying just stupid prices. And here’s the thing, this market will tank because there isnt even close to the population growth to justify that I increase in prices.

    States like Texas and Fla are fine though with high property taxes if you are still working because you get the benefit of no state income tax. They need revenue from somewhere. It really hurts when you retire and have to pay the big property tax and aren’t working so the no state income tax doesn’t help much if at all

    The thing about 401K balances is when you switch jobs, you can move your 401K to a brokerage account. 401K is only for your current employer, so possibly people might have more in IRA accounts at brokerages.

    The F-16 maintenance alone is about $7,000 an hour. The f-18 is about $30,000 per hour. The F-22 is about $85,000 an hour. And now the United States has started world war III. Good luck to everyone. 😮

    Some people have chosen to live in their cars or rvs for the sake of freedom. The cost of keeping up a house is ridiculous and stressful. I have wanted to get out from ours just so I don’t have to clean so much. But, young adults are living at home with us because they can’t afford college or to move out. We just have to support each other and stay put. Paying our house off would be super helpful but nowhere close yet

    Lived in Central NW FL most my entire life after Hurricane Micheal in 2018 after it wiped Panama City and 100 miles east. The cost skyrocketed to live there because of excessive price gouging and we got priced out this past year because there was no daycares and insurance kept jumping year after year. The reason it keeps getting hotter there is because they keep building and building and taking away FLs beauty with all the trees unfortunately. The FL I knew as a kid is long gone

    Is it any wonder? Theyve been engineering automobiles with substandard parts for decades. This recent push where if a car runs hot one time the engine is ruined. Who needs vehicles that are that unreliable. Forget the bells and whistles. If the car is unreliable, theyre unreliable. Besides, automobiles are getting too expensive anyway. The drastic price increase a few years ago priced many people out of the market. Its the same way in housing too. This trend will continue as long as companies raise the prices. I guess we may all be riding golf carts and living in campers pretty soon. I dont buy the fact the the FEDs elevated interest rates are making houses so expensive. They were already too high before the FED raised their rates. Prices go up when the FED prints money. This is the truth of the matter and rate drops wont mean a whole lot. And once that money is printed, it cant be unprinted so prices wont be going down because the owners are unwilling to take a loss. I dont blame them, considering the dollar drops in value every time the FED prints money. But when taxes go up, they have no choice to sell after while or loose it for taxes or HOA fees. Its why I never will buy in an HOA neighborhood.

  • @jameslee-dp6cb
    @jameslee-dp6cbСағат бұрын

    Consider this. Once faith is broken with your customers, it takes much longer to get your customers to buy afterwards. Price jumps since the pandemic have broken the faith people had in the car market. It will be this way with houses. And it will be this way with insurance companies. It will be the same for HOA neighborhoods. It might get bad enough that they can't even give things away and in the insurance dealers, a lack of people insuring will come about. This is a prelude to depression.

    I'm basically in the minority, but I personally don't mind the military costs as much. A flight show is good practice, and more importantly shows "strength" or "capabilities" of said military. I find anything military as negotiable if people actually negotiated - which we don't anymore. What irks me is having homeless camps of Americans while we give shelter to illegals. That's the bottom line. Total stupid. No excuses.

    Early 2000s, credit cards were 3%-6% then by mid-2000s them suckers were 34% or more!! It happened to me, it happened to my friend, they sucked us dry, my friend went to work for someone else, I dropped off the grid, I don't know what my credit score is now and I don't care. I'm back in good graces with the IRS and proudly pay my taxes, make good on everything now but once bitten, twice shy!

    HOA fees are one of the biggest scams you can get into, whether for a condo or a house. With the humongous property taxes we pay here in the US, don’t fall for any living arrangement where you have a penny over that and if at all possible keep full control over all and every cost every penny of it nobody should ever have to tell you when you need to do any maintenance. that is a potential financial catastrophe. I guess what I’m saying is it’s a much better deal to live in your own small house on your own small property completely independent of any other property. Don’t let any lust for the opulent looking amenities and pools and all that crap ruin your life. It’s just not worth it. There’s always alternatives and a simple private back porch is likely all you ever need for enjoyment and relaxation.

    I have to say Wendy’s is on the cheap side still. Sunday I was able to get three biggie $5 meals and two chicken sandwiches for $19.47. I was able to feed my three kids, wife and myself without breaking the bank. I was pretty surprised at the price. We ate at long horn for lunch with my family, my parents and brothers and his family. It was almost $300 when pre pandemic it was less than $150.
