Zdravím 🙋. Konečně někdo normální 🙏😊. Je to měsíc a půl co jsem změnila svůj pohled na sebe,na jídlo a na cvičení. Změnila jsem potraviny, jím více zeleniny,ovoce,sportuji a cítím se skvěle. Zlepšila se mi pleť, nejsem unavená a nemám chuť na sladké, nemám chuť se přecpávat, což je u mě nadlidský výkon 💪😄🤭. Souhlasím se vším co jste ve videu řekla. Děkuji 🤗😊

Excellent workout here , and I can't wait to see more outstanding content in the future. 👍😊 ... I did wonder , what does your overall workout split look like so far this year ?? ... And do you alternate from week to week , or day to day, how often you want to train heavy vs. training light for any point of your split and for certain muscles ?? ... Hi Vindicator! Thank you for such a nice comment! I train mostly for maximal strength, but lately I include more running, as I decided to run a half marathon in a few months. 😊 I alternate day to day, I have the split of my training, but only on "upper" and "lower" body. I used to have splited it into "pulling upper", "pushing upper", to certain muscles, etc., but as I said, lately I have more running trainings, so not such a volume capacity for more split workouts. 😊 Thank you very much and best wishes to the upcoming year! 😎
