  No previous experience needed to do the CCTV training then once you get your certification and criminal check you will apply for your cctv licence to the SIA after that the world is your 🌎 👑

  i understand this is a practice, however the conflict management procedure needs to be questioned. You've got an agitated customer who needs his coat immediately to get off the premises, if from your initial assessment he's drunk and trying to claim something which is not his then you're right. Also if there an ID in the Jacket you need to confirm whether it belongs to him, i'am assuming there a log book, that could be of help. I also disagree to the fact that he said the CCTV would prove it's not his.- due to similarity at least give it a try. No company would like to make their customers furious. All the best LSC🤓. Just so you know telling a person in this state to calm down is a little bit frustrating for the victim

  I am already licensed with the S.I.A and I would like to share some advice with you. I appreciate that you are an instructor, assuring that the high standards of the S.I.A are met, however, if I was in your class, I would personally struggle to understand what you are saying. Your accent is very thick, obviously, you can't help that, and I think I speak for many people when I say that they would struggle to understand what you are saying too. It seems as if you already do, but if you do not, I would recommend relying heavily on text written on both the board, or typed out on powerpoints, so that there is no risk of miscommunication. When I was doing my S.I.A course, even though all of my instructors were native English speakers, I still learned best from written text, with verbal guidance. Obviously, still use verbal communication, but I think it would be best to rely more on written communication for both yourself and your students. Good luck in the future mate, I wish you, your colleagues and your students the best. 👍🏻👍🏻

  Thank you for the comment yes this accent is my signature but it could sound strange the first few minutes than I m sure your mind will calibrate to the frequency I also use many tools to make sure that the learning process takes place throughout the training and I m proud of the results we get and of the achievements of my incredible students but yes indeed communication is very important in our lives and interactions with the world therefore it s capital to master this art the verbal and none verbal so we can understand eachother 🙏🙏🙏
