I actually believe that she is Whitney’s mother, because that story I heard about Cissey bringing Whitney into the bed she was in during the day when her husband was not there, so that the pastor of the church she was choir leader at, makes absolute sense if you factor that fact into the story!! And every single member of that Houston family without exception, all took advantage of her and just used her basically as a walking ATM!! Even her supposed father betrayed her!!
