that kōrero is childish and appropriate from a child - but coming from 'grown ups' sounds shallow and facile - straight up embarrassing! shame-ohs

Doing life backwards: lots of kids first, then finds a house, then gets qualified to do a decent job … - qualified, financially stable, marriage, THEN children: has been the magic formula for generations across the world.

Miri behaved like a baldhead. That whole panel with exception to the National baldhead all have more mana than her but she was disrespectful to her guests, particularly to Nanaia. She needs a lesson in Tikanga Maori.

I dont blame the State, what government wants to have to waste time, money and resources sorting out the problems caused by people who shouldn't have had the right to bring children into the world? These 'survivors' should be naming the individuals responsible for the abuse, instead of holding the current government to account, who had nothing to do with it. Lets hear what they have to say about the accusations against them. The whole business comes across as just a way to get a big payday. And how many of the perpetrators would actually turn out to be Maori?

I'm an older American world tourist. Really, Chatham people, the people who wear white galoshes and work at the fisheries are a somewhat undereducated and rude population, refugees from North & South Island. I've been to Chatham twice. The first visit was interesting enough staying with the Croon family at their motel and enjoying their company. I guess if you need to have a look at a somewhat remote Pacific island looks like, Chatham and Pitcairn are as good as any. Can't imagine more than two weeks on Chatham. Fresh seafood from the two processing fisheries are affordable and provide excellent seafood. You might be able to arrange an open sea fishing trip. Maybe not.) Try to arrange flights to and from the mainland without students on vacation visiting their parents (there's no high school on Chatham). Altogether, I'd advise someone to avoid Chatham and its sketchy residents.

...dealt??? MPs of the NZ parliament Stated on Nation television that they do not have a written constitution, so where does that leave Te Puni Kokiti who were mandated by that parliament???

One of our trusts borrowed $200,000 to build a Sub-division piping, streets etc. and Te Puni Kokiti wanted that money back, we went to court, this is what we said to the judge, "The $200,000 the trust borrowed came from the Māori Affairs housing fund, which is Māori money". 4 weeks later the trust was ordered to Wellington where the Māori Trustee (Tumu Paeroa) wiped the dealt so what are you doing with that fund????
