  i would have liked to see it where Ken Patera got revenge on some Heenan family members. He, Billy Jack Haynes, and some other good guy brawlers got revenge on Hercules, Orndorff, and some of the other Heanan family members. Hell, bring back Steamboat. this would have made a good mid card feud. This promo could have worked, it would have set the stage for Patera setting up a group of mid car faces to battle mid card heels as survivor series.

  I’ve been loving and laughing at this promo for years but never watched the actual whipping until today and honestly, Patera had it coming. This guy who was a heel throughout his career, then goes to jail for destroying property and beating the shit out of cops (one suffering permanent injuries), then had the nerve to blame his manager for his own bad behavior, then tries to snap Heenan’s neck like the felon he is. I actually thought the Heenan showing up to royally fuck Ken up displayed their loyalty and righteous anger. Conversely, it said something that no babyface came out from the lockerroom to help Patera as he was getting destroyed.
