So basically the same speed as the Ri-1000 minus the manual pre-treat. But, also a higher cost per garment.
the RICOH Ri 4000 will save your time by applying the pretreatment for you (only apply on the print area and not the whole surface). In addition, it prints flawlessly on 100% polyester

Nice. How the white circulation works and how do you do the maintenance; is it automatic or you have to do manually and how fatten it requires for maintenance?

Ri 4000 is equipped with an auto ink circulation system for white channels, an auto ink maintenance system, automated print head cleaning, power purge system to help fill and remove ink from the system. Daily maintenance, 3-day maintenance, and monthly maintenance are needed to keep the machine printing perfectly.

Pretreatment right next to the printer! That's good to know that he doesn't have any problems. Obviously the sealed unit, not a Wagner sprayer is okay to be close to the DTG?

Yep….I was trying to work here in Utah without this humidifier and was impossible. Too late that info for me. I do have 3 printhead clogs and now I have no way to unclog those. To buy new ones are too expensive. Machine is stored for 2 years now. Thanks for the advise in this video, I wish I could have it 2 years ago.

Only using Anarip Software. I've had no luck using Colorgate via DTF.

when you say heat at 80 for 17 mins does that mean under the heat press or?

You will need to upgrade to Colorgate Version 21 [21.10 Build 11427] If you purchased your Ri 1000 or Ri 2000 within the last 90 days you can upgrade for free - call Tech Support at 1-877-646-0999 to learn how. If you purchased your Ri 1000 or Ri 2000 over 90 days ago, you can upgrade for a $120 fee - call Customer Care at 1-877-626-2538 Ext. 3 and be sure to have your current Colorgate License number ready.

Sucks we have to buy the software. Ours only came with Anarip.
