Need to know the setting please. I cannot find any video, anywhere that shows the DTF settings for Anarip.

Sucks we have to buy the software. Ours only came with Anarip.

when you say heat at 80 for 17 mins does that mean under the heat press or?

Okay... Do we need an update on the rip soft ware to be able to do this

You will need to upgrade to Colorgate Version 21 [21.10 Build 11427] If you purchased your Ri 1000 or Ri 2000 within the last 90 days you can upgrade for free - call Tech Support at 1-877-646-0999 to learn how. If you purchased your Ri 1000 or Ri 2000 over 90 days ago, you can upgrade for a $120 fee - call Customer Care at 1-877-626-2538 Ext. 3 and be sure to have your current Colorgate License number ready.

Is there a video on how to set it up in color gate?

Incallex Ricoh and they said they couldn't help me because I bought the machine from another vendor. Unfortunately through vendor knows as much as me

I tried printing using an email instructions but I got a lot of bands in my image

Has anybody been able to successfully print VIBRANT dtf images using this process? If so, please let me know how.

Only using Anarip Software. I've had no luck using Colorgate via DTF.
