    Just starting to go to the gym, I used to take weightlifting in high school and fell off for a few years and just wanted to be sure I don’t ruin anyone’s day at the gym 😂

    DOs - Use machines purposefully. - Keep super sets close together. - Ask if someone is already using the equipment. - Wipe/rerack/lower leg raise. - Ask for a spot/be considerate. - Be considerate about conversation timing. DON'Ts - Stare! - Stand in front of dumbbell racks. - Hoard dumbbells. - Be in people's personal space. - Block someone's mirror view. - Sit on the phone on the machine. - Hog machines. - Interrupt sets. - Stand around to wait for equipment/to talk. OTHERs - Don't get on the treadmill next to a person if another is available. - Don't stand talking at squat racks. - Don't yell/curse. - Don't make comments. - Don't move someone's bottle/phone, etc. - Use deodorants. - Don't comment about what people wear.

    I remember feeling a little uncomfortable once bc a guy was staring at me while I was in the heavy bag room. But after a few mins, he started copying my punching combos. He had no idea what to do, and thought I looked like I did so much that he copied me. So now I always assume that if people are staring at me, it's for good reasons. Lol.

    If you’re at the gym I think you’re at, the hamstring and leg extension machines are sometimes so hard to get 😭 I usually ask if I can work in but sometimes I get nervous and just do something else lol!

    Thank you for being so brave to tell your story. im sorry you have had to go through all of that. I just had a epictopic pregnancy myself i was 5 weeks 5day I had my left tube removed it was so hard because the baby would have be born on my dad's birthday which was really special to me because my dad has passed away its really hard but hearing your story helps me to not feel so alone thank you for sharing ❤️

    Great workout ideas here! And you got this! I had lost my pullups and with consistent training I can do more than ever, maxing at 10! I'm 37 and have four kids. It's all about consistency, get those pullups girl? Even on days you feel weak, you'll surprise yourself at how many you can do, even if it's only 2 or 3, those are the days that count! Thank you for the fun video!
