You know I've watched this clips many times, they are very powerful words by Will, and I do believe there a lot of truths in them. That said I have watched it lately through the lens of his problems with Jada, and some things come to mind. That unwavering extreme focus on work/carreer also has its downsides, do you really think you can spend so much time focused on work and not have other things fall down around you? That famous slap didn't appear from nowhere, it came from a place of frustration and sadness in Will's mind. Have a balanced life folks, there's nothing wrong with being motivated and work hard, but other things are important too.
