In Moscow it is huge, compare to the budget of some states in the EU😁There are a lot of industries and factories in Moscow, they are just on the outskirts of the city, hence the budget.

Our national televisions has similar pictures. But different from Russian media our media also show the poor and rough side of Russia. Like we do with our own countries.. Russia is not a third-world country, it is an Empire and a dictatorship. The problem with Russia is not it's major cities, they are beautiful and modern. The problem is that the people in power and their oligarchs have billions and own buildings like this, while the people work for pathetic wages. The problem is that you can't speak or protest against Putin, because you end up misteriously dead or in jail for a very long time. Independent journalists get shut down and beat up. Corruption is high and the law is not equal for everyone. Elections are fake and Putin declared himself a lifetime ruler. That's the problem with Russia. People in Europe and USA have internet, so they can see a couple of fancy buildings that they have, don't worry about that.

Thank you Mathew for sharing this video with us, the god fearing people. The Americans and the Europeans must realize now that Russia is a very special Country. It is a strong and stable country depite all the economic sanctions by the US and the EU. Russia is the only country that consists of Caucasians and Asiatic people living as one entity and one Race, which is Russian.
