Quick reviews of some rare, exciting AND unexciting cars passing through my hands. I've somehow managed to forge a successful UK-based car sales business from sourcing and selling cars that are a little different. The more unusual the better, the less MPG the better and the less desirable the better - who'd have thought that could be the basis for selling these things!?

When is your next video coming? :D
SE 46's always look better imo.. ps i have a '00' 330i manual se saloon soon to be Supercharged :)
Excellent review.
Im thinking of getting one the 1.6gt maybe whats the best mpg someone's had please
Just saw one today and I thought - what a great looking car ! On reading on later what a dismal power unit
'Merica 🇺🇸 😅Ha! Such fun! Please show the gas ⛽️ (petrol) fill up. This is a biggie! I have never driven one of these oldies. It does look comfy.
So how did the story end? Did you manage to fix the seat and the paint? The clock? Or did you sell it?
It’s so nice interior!!!❤
What happened to the channel bro ?
와우 꽤 정확한 번역 자막!
Saab Cabriolets actually came from an assembly line in Finland, never from Sweden. Google Valmet Automotive, Uudenkaupungin autotehdas.
Superrb
Great review......but I am rather biased !!
I agree with the previous person, I have a diesel x350 and it’s a super reliable economical and powerful, you can stand right in front of it and you can’t tell it’s a diesel
I had a 2003 and I was so in love with it.but some one Hite me on the side and distroyed it😢😢
Indicators on the right would be something they've actively done - I'd expect them on the left in a US car. A lot of RHD markets tend to have indicators on the right - eg. Japan, Australia. This wasn't sold in Australia - I'm curious which other RHD markets it ended up in.
Indonesian Blazer Indicators are on the left 🇮🇩🇺🇸
The X350 XJ6 is a very good car. I own a 3.0 sport, built in 2003. Pacific blue. These are excellent second \ weekend cars. They still turn heads, and are a pleasure to drive. They are very comfortable, and are not as unreliable or costly as people think. They are cheap to insure, since they are an older car. Drive one if you get the chance. You might be surprised..
Yeeeeee. Only Picasso
I have the S80 3.2 - one of the best cars I've owned....
Same
'I hate diesels' SUBBED!!!
Nice review. Is the build quality so different between xj 2001 and the following version (he alluminium chassis version)? I prefer the 2001 style, but your review is making me question the final choice.
Road tax is a killer on this, especially when added to the 22mpg. £695 per year over 5 years of ownership is £3500. Compare this to your average executive diesel saloon which would be a grand over the same period. £2200 of fuel per year for the Legend at 10k a year compared to £1300 for a 40mpg car and that's another £4500 over 5 years in fuel. So thats another £8k in fuel and road tax over 5 years of ownership, is it really worth paying that much extra? I don't think so, give me an audi, vw or bmw exec car over this for that reason only. You'd pay that extra outlay for something really, really special.
WORLDS COLLIDING
Keep your hands on the steering wheel you fool. Your not in control of the car when both of your hands are not on the steering wheel, this video can be used as evidence against you.
I used to have a V6 350. Underpowered in my opinion. You have to rev it, torque numbers are obviously not good enough. On the highway, it would almost always shift two speeds down to accelerate well. While the V8 did not. But now I have a Super V8 (XJR), by far the best choice, I should've went with it from the start, without persuading myself the V6 "is powerful enough".
I owned one. Let down by poor materials. Peeling chrome and dashboard bubbles never appeared on the old version. water based paint ment a few rust bubbles appeared too. Shame as everything else felt solid.
The 'Jaaaaaags' of the new Millennia (excluding the X-Type) were way better. Ford added build quality, extra power and must important of ALL - CASH FOR PROPER ENGINE DEVELOPEMENT, so that the Jaguar engineers had an even playing field. NB - The board of, Jaguar had the chance to turn the V6 Lincoln Town Car engine from a single cam per bank to a twin cam per bank engine and REALLY go to town on it and hone it for the European Market with other mods. Ford promised them £250m just for engine development (obviously Ford would also benefit from this engine development for their American Market) but ALAS, the board in Britain lossed their bottle at the last minute and let the Jaguar engineers down. Can you imagine the kind of of power and torque the 3.0/4.0/5.0 litre V6/V8 engines would have turned out in just naturally aspirated form let alone with Turbo/Superchargers with the kind of knowledge that European engineers have of extracting power from medium/large engines?. The Germans would have been quaking in their boots. PS - I have a 3 litre XF petrol and it's a beautiful car from ANY angle and always gets admiring looks. I also have a 1975 4.2C (between the E-Type and XJS) and that is a fantastic car - NOW THAT REALLY GETS ADMIRING GLANCES WHEN I DRIVE IT IN THE SUMMER. The new millennia XJ/XF/XK/F-Type will ALL go down as 'Automotice Art' in the years to come. People will utter the phrase - 'Jaaaaaaaaaaag' when they see them in the museums and automotive collections - AND RIGHTLY SO!!.
I love a good Jag and that one was I own a 1995 XJS Convertible with the 4.0 Litre straight 6 and of course you thought the S class was rubbish well it was just a Ford Mondeo in disguise have a Happy New Year and drive a Jaaaag best wishes Andy Allen
Love your commentary and the car. But darling. Do please try to keep at least one hand on the steering wheel at all times. You were making me nervous. 😅
How dare u talk sh.. about an S class
Wow … great review, am currently looking …!
I wish they made an estate model
Update? Guessing it got moved on sad😢
Have you still got it.what did it cost you.its in good shape.i had the same colour blazer and sold it but still have a black one.bomb proof engines and built to last.
I do feel abit sorry for Citroën, they unfortunately fall into the unreliable category. Single handedly created by Renault.
I bought it 3years ago for my wife, but I love to drive this little one.I am 6foot 4 and there is enough space for me as a driver or passenger.Great car front wheel drive for winter time as well. The same 1.2TCe.Cheap car parts, you can replace a lots of parts yourself. My car is 2011 and when I bought it was 12.000miles on the clock.Still engine looks like new from factory.I am changing oil filter and engine oil every 10.000 km,I changed gearbox oil as well, new brake disc drilled front and rear and looks really nice hehee.I replaced front headlights bulb H1 for led bulbs.Greetings from co.Wexford,Ireland
I’ve had my current 04 XJ VDP ( x350) for over 10 years and still love it. Once the jaguar has bitten you, you don’t want to drive anything else 😎
Nice ride for next to nothing!! Congrats mate!
Amazing bro. I bought a Black 147 out 2008. Red from inside now. Also 2.0 Engine. Love it ❤ Be careful. This car is a bit rare and a 2.0 goodlooking lovey one like will be rare 🍀🇮🇹
Awesome cars ……A proper Jag ,love it ..great review I can hear the big cat has definitely bitten you!
Would you still buy a 2011 1.2 for around £2.8k?
I bought 3 years ago, year 2011 for €4500 in Ireland so for 2.8k I think is a good price.12.000miles on the clock in my Wind when I bought it and it was in great condition, like new
@LMC_Drives Hopefully you've looked up the main problem areas for the 2nd Generation S-10 Pickup ...you get ahead of those you'll keep that old rollin' rattletrap going for a few thousand more miles..... kzread.info/dash/bejne/h6CTyNGkl9a3dLw.htmlsi=R4vmkELfZzzB6WWS
Mine was a delight to drive, but came up with amazingly varied electronic problems, which sometimes seemed to cure themselves, but mostly required a specialist. After many thousands in repairs, some problem required the front passenger seat removed to access electronics in the floor, and , lo and behold, two inches of water!! The car may have been in a flood, but more likely is that the drains in front of the windscreen had backed up and overflowed into the foot well. Large hoppers catch the water, but they lead to pencil thin tubes which are easily blocked. A mass of modules and wiring in this wet floor were corroding and giving intermittent faults . The wiring looms were themselves corroding. I had to scrap this beautiful car!
Nice job. I'm always a bit disappointed that the leather in these Mercs always wrinkles on the seats. I'm thinking about one.......but I would want a lot more options.
I have the diesel x358 facelift but an LWB sovereign, I love it- the mrs calls it the “Walnut whip”
Thanks for the awesome video. You are talking about tings what I exactly looking for and nobody cares about it in official tests. Thanks a lot again!
It also does not let you lock the keys inside, brilliant. Well, as long as the fob battery is good. And again, the dash will tell you when your keyfob battery is low.
It’s an awful shame these didn’t come with an automatic transmission - probably the only reason you can still find them to buy on the second hand market - and with low mileages too! It’s a typical ME car, and the 1.2 TCe is ULEZ compliant too! No auto transmission, otherwise I’d buy one in a heartbeat…!!! ❤
Sooo glad someone has done tech part of this car. Thank you
great video i have 07 monza edition
