So people the are not licensed financial advisors are dealing with financial issues? People that are not licensed tax professionals are discussing your taxes? When thus agency makes a mistake they cannot be held accountable because they are just lawyers and not licensed money management professionals. And the administration court will take false information as true and accurate under the Prema Facie clause. It is extortion and misleading when it is a welfare program that is putting one parent on welfare and collecting money from the other parent as an incentive.

Josh law at law legal group in Tampa just showed me fathers rights are not worth much as our care and concerns are not viewed as valid nor credible. Mother left me with an infant and toddler girls with multiple police reports from her son who molested the 3 year old every chance he could get to her. Mother would come in and out take them to whatever room she happened to rent, sleep in the same beds as her boyfriends, left the state, had another baby, came back to Florida demanding her time and i was advised she have it. It out them i felt in situations they shouldnt be in that had safety concerns at least. They'd come back with really ill stories. 5 years of this. Over 2 years crisis counseling every week. Got them in school. Mother has not heloed getvthem to any appointments never taken or picked them up from school. All the emails ive sent with concerns, not knowing where mom would take them as shes been constantly homeless etc ive sent have raised a concern. I reached out for help setting appointments and chexking in with us, the school set us up with a social worker that asked some questions ive been asking and finally was able to speak to our attorney about mom changing addresses 3 times the first 2 months of her time with us which was pretty normal after 5 years. At that point he called the concerns valid and credible and needed to be addressed. What a kick in the teeth. So, what are our rights really worth when our word isnt worth anything? Especially when the mothers only attribute is her assumed validity... I'm having a suoer hard time here in Tampa

That's good info. My son and wife are divorcing. Her lawyer is the head of the guardian program so esentially she is the guardians over seerer. Is this a conflict of interest? There's been much documented DV on her part. The guardian still wants to do 50/50.

There are ways to accomplish a 50/50 time sharing schedule through out the summer including overnights with holidays and years, there’s no excuse, if the courts deny this, then what I would do is go to the court of appeals, appeal the order and if they do not reverse it then I would take it to the supreme courts to overturn the appellate courts decision, they will for a fact not violate the constitution because they must and have to operate under the US constitution and a violation of property rights and parental rights should not happen when you have an establish plan that will work

I need a number I can call I just left family court and I felt jumped I been raising my kids alone for 14 years alone and now when I discipline my 15 year old for missing school 2 days in a row and talking to me disrespectfully via cursing at me.some one heard the argument and call cops now I have all type of issues I'm looking for a male lawyer because im not sure in this climate we live in a women will have me -----and my daughters best interests

Remember child support is for the state to shift the burden of welfare to higher income earning parents. It’s not for the children. You pay for welfare with taxes, then you get to pay more if you have kids and break up. Family lawyers make lots off of you. Judges get bonuses to their retirement. Attn Generals get bonuses. Beaurocrats make money off of your misfortune.

Men need to push for two critical changes.... 50/50 shared custody. And, fixed support based on the percentage. No more means testing. Means testing is abusive and is designed to enrich the mother and be punitive to the father. All this stuff he's talking about is how they are going to out the screws to you. We need to get these laws changed. The game is rigged.

I'm going to tell you the number one thing that no lawyer will tell you. I'm going to tell you with no judge will tell you. I'm going to tell you what new representative from the attorney general's office will tell you. "Child" support is big business for every state in the union. How can that be? It's called Title IV D and for every dollar extracted from men (custody goes to women 95+% of the time) the state receives .666 cents on the dollar for every dollar they get from the predetermined loser (abandon that's you - men). If team judge and AG extract $1,000 a month from the predetermined loser (men) the state generates a $666 revenue stream per month off his back. At the same time women get a means tested revenue stream. And you, my friends are viewed as nothing more than an indentured servant. We are dealing with a gender biased and corrupt AGs office and court system who work together to profit the state and the predetermined winner (women). Spread the word. Let your representatives know that you know the rigged terms of the divorce contract. Think of it this way.... Your parenting time will be severely limited so the state can generate a revenue stream for itself (Title IV D @ .666 on the dollar) and for the predetermined winner (women). Kids lose because their fathers are purposely excluded from their lives for profit. If you look at the stats, women of today (last 50 years) have done a terrible job raising the next generation - the judge and AG know this....
