I think what you are referring to are welfare cases. If the custodial parent is on welfare....then the non custodial parent's payment first reimburses the state for the welfare payments.... Because the state should not pay for welfare when another parent can support the child. And left over amounts of child support go to the custodial parent. But if neither parent is on welfare, then the custodial parent would receive the entire child support payment of the non custodial parent.

Im in Pennsylvania and I have also pay life insurance is that also calculated , I like to know if the defendant has to provide pay stubs, w2's and other expenses does the plaintiff have to show there expenses as well to be fair

Try dealing with a narcissistic person who use your program and the children as weapons. You people who work for this program should remember that what comes around goes around and you participated in destroying the family. I hope you sleep good but when the Karma hits you and your love one's you will remember this and it shall stick with you. I grew up with a single Dad and I still feel like your Program took him from me and my younger brother.

Agreed. There is a major difference between "blindly applying statutory formulas that don't make financial sense" versus "finding real solutions based on the ACTUAL cost of raising that child, and each parent's ability to provide." The child support court process does not consist of competent analysis or problem solving. Citizens deserve so much better than this broken process.

Child support on joint custody arrangements just flat out should not happen. I have dealt with a similar situation and have many videos on my channel educating on how to negate the effects of child support. If you feel they would help you out. Good luck to you.

Child support is voluntary? These case workers use coercion telling you that you have to pay back the cash aid that the mother applied for which is not true. They should be sued.

Voluntary is a tricky word. Parents may not be required to enroll in child support. But if the custodial mother files for child support...it's not voluntary anymore for the father. I think that's the point of confusion. Once somebody sues you in court and request the court to intervene....the other person can't just ignore it. If anybody knows otherwise, let us know...

Another reason to not move to Florida. My lawyer would eat this guy for lunch. It's sad when a man's life comes down to a spread sheet.

A rigged spreadsheet where the gender biased court and AG are in it for profit at men's expense. Kids lose because their fathers are purposely excluded from their lives. Women get a means tested payout and the state earns .666 cents for every dollar extracted from men via Title IV D. It's evil

I claim to be a victim, dad never paid back then, so I sued his wife when I learned he passed away and got nothing.

I’ve been paying child support for more than 21 years my only child passed away over a year ago and I have only saw him 2 times. But I had to look for him for 5-10 at a time and when I find him and was able to talk to him for only minutes. And when I try to call back the same day. The phone is change or no longer in service then the hunt begins again for years. I have always wanted to be in my son life and I blame only myself because his mom wouldn’t let me even know where he is and also when my son passed away his mom didn’t tell me until 2 months after he had passed away and now im still paying rears for the time I was out of work but to her and her mother my son grandmother now if you or anyone can give me any information on what to do I truly appreciate it …

Criminal. The state has a predetermined winner in mind (women). The state also earns .666 cents on the dollar for every dollar extracted from men. Multiply you monthly payment by .666 and that's what the state has been earning from the feds on your back via Title IV D.

Men need to push for two critical changes.... 50/50 shared custody. And, fixed support based on the percentage. No more means testing. Means testing is abusive and is designed to enrich the mother and be punitive to the father. All this stuff he's talking about is how they are going to out the screws to you. We need to get these laws changed. The game is rigged.
