Hello, Bad Car Designer was a car focused youtube channel. This Channel is now primarily focused on roller coasters. I love to ride lots of fun and amazing roller coasters and rate and review them on this channel. I eventually hope to film roller coaster POVs and Off-Ride videos.

Fair, but I think the sheer quantity of quality rides at Cedar Point is unmatched
great video! very knowledgeable and interesting as a coaster enthusiast as well i find this pretty interesting! keep making good videos!
Thank you so much!
Here's my ranking (it's my home park) 1. Diamondback 2. Beast 3. Mystic Timbers 4. Banshee 5. Orion 6. Racer 7. Flight of Fear 8. Adventure Express (it's actually pretty good) 9. Bat 10. Backlot Stunt Coaster 11. Invertigo 12. Snoopy's Soap Box Racers 13. Woodstock Express 14. Woodstock's Air Rail 15. Great Pumpkin Coaster
Beast over Mystic and Orion at 5 😳
@@BadCarDesigner I'm objectively correct tho XD
@@RealWildWalter I am going tomorrow, so I’ll see if you’re right 😀
@@BadCarDesigner I’m also going tomorrow 😀
@@RealWildWalterNo way!
And what about Surf Dog, the ride that Cedar Fair likes to call a coaster? And will the left or right side of Racer be better? (Though Racer will probably only have one side operating on a weekday) And you probably won't be able to get on The Great Pumpkin Coaster even if you want to, outside of enthusiast events you usually need to ride with a small child if you're an adult. (But you are NOT missing anything, I don't think anyone would dispute it's last place spot) I predict The Bat will rise up above your projected ranking. it is so much better than the meandering likes of other suspended coasters like Iron Dragon.
All valid points. I probably will not ride the great pumpkin coaster and I do not consider surf dog a credit. And I don’t know if you’re supposed to count both sides of the racer as separate credits. The only other suspended coaster I’ve done is iron dragon so I don’t really have much experience with the model so thanks for drawing my attention to it. Anyways, thanks for the comment and I will definitely recognize that a little bit more after this.
I hope this series will be larger than you say it will be, especially if you do more parks like BGW, Cedar Point, or SFGA.
Totally! I think I am going to change the name from “Part 2” to “June/July Trip Part 2) to differentiate the trips. If I have plans to visit a park, I will for sure make a video on it. Thanks for the tip!
Thanks for the review! I look forward to my trip.
Hope you have fun! When are you going?
Amazing video! I like steel vengeance the best!
Agreed, SteVe is just so much longer
Great job on this video! I’m actually going to Hersheypark next week for a hockey championship series and after that will spend the whole day there! I can’t wait for the series and the Kings Island Video!
Thank you so much! I just went yesterday and had an absolute blast. I should have that Kings Island video out pretty soon. Good luck at your hockey championship, and have some fun at Hersheypark, I will definitely keep an eye out for it on your channel!
I work there they won the cups litterly that I remember
@@WildcatFn394 yes they did, 5-4 it was very intense and a great experience!
All 3 trains have nicknames. Blue-Party, Red-Strawberry, Yellow-Bananna
Really, I just knew the banana train from one of Ryan’s vlogs! Thanks for the info!
Fast and Furious Roller Coaster Constrution Update#1 for Universal Studios Holywood in 2026 Opening Day so What You do think about it
It looks really good, I hope the spinning will be at a controlled rate (Like Guardians), rather than free spinning.
Audio Animtronics on a Roller Coaster at Universal Studios Great Britain at Bedfordshire UK 🇬🇧
Cool!
Awesome drop but the king of all gigas is I305
I have yet to ride I305 (Because I am a new enthusiast) but I love intense rides, so I305 looks sick
shit ride you just go down hills and turn that’s it. once you ride I305 you can never go back. plus this is cedar point so ride operations are a headache to deal with and whenever you wait longer than a half hour you’re risking the ride breaking down and wasting all your time
While I agree with some points, the reason this ride has such a long line is because the masses enjoy it. And the same simply isn’t true about I305. Hate on Mille all you want, but at the end of the day, roller coasters are meant to be fun, and Mille is a pure fun ride.
@@BadCarDesigner not starting an argument here just wanna make more people aware of this. the reason the lines are so bad is because the season passes at cedar point are dirt cheap and there are always way too many people there. it’s my home park lol. before the 2020 season the park was so much better the crowds were way more regulated. but now the main goal of the park is to get as many people in as possible and upcharge food prices, like they literally closed a coaster and replaced it with a restaurant. corn dogs there alone cost $16 it’s become a real problem
@@endgameisbad2733I completely agree, CP is almost impossible to go to without first spending $150+ on a Fast Lane Plus. Without it, you get 5-6 rides total a day (if you play your cards right). It is also my home park and the prices are wayyyy too high for what you get.
Opened in 2000 and still riding smooth in 2024! Millennium Force was built to last!🎢😁
For sure
Not as good as Fury 325 but better than Leviathan and Orion. Love the drop in the back car (rows 17 and 18) of those long trains, and the two camelbacks grants sustained floater and station fly by hill provides shorter but stronger airtime. I liked it better than any ride in the park except SteVe and that includes TTD. I haven't ridden TT2 yet.
I haven’t ridden the other B&M gigas yet (because I only became an enthusiast about a year ago) but I should be riding Orion in only a few weeks. I completely agree with you about the drop and camelbacks (I rode in row 14 and loved how sustained the airtime was on all 3). It is currently my 3rd favorite in the park behind SteVe and Maverick (but I haven’t ridden Maverick in almost 2 years). I have yet to ride TTD or TT2 because both of them were closed the entire day when I have went (My visits have been in 2022, 2023, and most recently May 17, 2024, so I have gotten really unlucky) but I should head back to CP this year, hopefully when TT2 is back open.
Amazing, underrated review!
Thank you so much! I really appreciate the support!
Yeah bro np
It closed the day I went 😔
I feel your pain, I have an immovable visit on the 17th of May
Idk why cedar point is saying it closed on May 12th when it close on my 11th, the day I went for national band festival
I believe CP said something on social media on the 11th. Still sucks that you couldn't ride.
It better open back up or else they wasted all that money upgrading it 😬😬
They wanted to really revitalize one of their most popular and iconic attractions.
Indeed
Ionknow 😂, make the trains any lighter it will fly off the track, no topper or anything on there, just a spike
Lol 😂
My hometown park!
Nice, its the closest major park to me too!
i think these are first of its kind trains so i think its reasonable to expect something like this. as long as this doesnt happen too often then we should still expect it to run reliably
I thought the exact same thing! I really hope CP can get this thing running relatively soon.
@@BadCarDesignerhow soon do you mean when you say soon? I’m supposed to come June 15 already booked it lol
@@fishels3895 Probably 1-2 weeks.
@@BadCarDesigner you really think new wheels can be made in 1-2 weeks? Not saying you’re wrong just wondering If that is the issue anyhow
@@fishels3895 Actually, now that I have watched more videos on what people think the issue is, I would say the earliest it could be open is the first week of June
What do you think about Cedar Point closing Top Thrill 2 just a few weeks past opening?
I'd say magic mountain
Its close, but the big 4 at CP are just so good. MM only has twisted colossus and X2 that can compete against Mille, SteVe, Maverick and now Top Thrill 2.
@@BadCarDesigner yes I agree
Aint been here in years
It is a ton of fun for a person like me who loves roller coasters.
@@BadCarDesigner i forgot the name of the show back in the day but told my dad next time we go to pittsburgh i wanted to go here was worth the 3 hour ride lol
@@boknows8376 I hope you get out there, good luck.
I haven't been on either but they're both on my bucket list! Hoping to get out to Cedar Point this summer but probably won't be in Tampa for the forseeable future. Great video 😊 !!!
Thank you! I really hope you can get out to ride at least one of these beasts. They are truly incredible rides.
Both are amazing, I loved my rides on Steve, but my rides on Iron Gwazi on a really hot day truly felt like an out of control beast, and by the end of it, I felt like I had just survived something rather than having just rid a coaster. And I’m not someone who normally values intensity above overall enjoyment. But on top of being intense, Gwazi is also ridiculously stupid fun.
Completely agree. I went to BGT in a cloudy day, and I have heard Iron Gwazi runs so much faster on a hot sunny day. And I rode SteVe on a relatively warm day, and SteVe doesn’t have as much of a change based on heat.
Which is your favorite between the two? Tell me in the comments, chances are, I will respond :)
Another great video! Love seeing Disney analysis videos from new creators and its especially great to hear a unique perspective from the younger generations backed by all the research you did. Keep up the great work and dream big 😁✨
Thank you so much!
Well done! This is a fantasic, well produced and well thought out analysis! Agree with all your points. Animal Kingdom is my favorite theme park at WDW too! You just earned a subscriber! Keep up the great work 👏😁
Thanks a ton!
Universal stay winning
When it comes to quality of rides and theme parks, I agree.
Good job on the video 👍 Really good explanation and analysis of the money the parks make. Also though I would like to mention that I don’t agree with universal being better due to Disney having soooo much more if you look in the big picture but parks wise yes the race is debatable and much closer
Thanks! When I was talking about Universal being better I was primarily focusing on theme parks. Overall, I agree, Disney has so much more stuff in general.
@@BadCarDesigner fair great video again man
In my understanding, it's sensible that Disney is making more money, it is the more popular of the two. HOWEVER, if they continue this path of the slow development of their attractions, they are setting themselves up for failure. People want something new and exciting, and what's new and fun today will quickly become old and boring in the next few years.
Though I will add that this is a great video! Keep it up!
@@shaunooi2551 Thank you so much! I completely agree, Universal can and looks to be catching Disney. I made this video to primarily downplay the people who are saying that Disney will fall off a cliff after the opening of Epic Universe. And while this could be true, at the moment, Disney is beating Universal by a considerable margin.
I want to go to Disneyland more but I’m worried how crowded it will be and I’m mad they got rid of fast passes.
family??? this thing goes 50 mph, and has a vertical backwards drop
In my opinion, Hagrid's borders the line of a family coaster and a thrill coaster. I called it a "family" coaster mainly because that is the ride's target demographic. I would call Hulk a "thill" coaster because its main audience is thrill seekers. But i totally agree, Hagrid's is quite intense and large for a family coaster. 🙂
@@BadCarDesigner i see what you mean
R.I.P. It was such a unique experience. Fuji q will need something great to replace it.
Yea, while it sucks that it is gone, I am excited for how Fuji-q will replace it
Thank you for the off-ride BTW. It is really helpful for making content 🙂
Saw the title and had to support. I’m so sick of ppl acting like Animal Kingdom is a “half day park”. It’s the superior!! Also you saying Cosmic Rewind is the best ride earned you a subscriber;)
Thank you so much! I really appreciate the support. Cosmic Rewind is SO good. I really like the launch and the theming is amazing.
In support, you skipped food and shows. Satuli Canteen is the best counter service in Disney, and Festival of the Lion King is the best show in Disney. However, one critique... You can't just skip over Dino land. It sucks. Give minus points.
Good Feedback! I just have not been to many of the shows, and don't really remember any of the food I ate. I will be sure to take note of the things you said in other reviews.
Second best coaster imo
Same! Steel Vengeance is a more complete ride and has better elements imo
7/10 i chuckled
Thank you!
Best ride at knotts and maybe even California!
Agreed!
O gosh. I'm amazed. great presentation. This coaster is massive. I didn't know that they still existed ( at this scale) We have a historical wooden coaster in: Melbourne Australia, and if you compare it to this one, it's tiny- both in HEIGHT of the climbs and descent , and the length of the track. And it really is a BONE RATTLER. It still has a ride supervisor ( I think they're responsible for braking too ) that rides between the carriages, standing up! ) If you want to check it out, it's called : THE SCENIC RAILWAY, LUNA PARK- Melbourne-Victoria Australia It was our ONLY theme-park in the state! Until recently. So NEXT TIME you get to go thrill-seeking at one of the MANY parks in the USA think yourself REALLY REALLY LUCKY AND HAPPY! 🤣😆You are lucky to have ridden so many coasters! I'm an old lady and I've only ridden... around 10 to 15 because that's ALL THERE IS IN OUR WHOLE COUNTRY ☹
Great accent. Great video
Thank you! 😃
Western accent was 10/10! Haven’t been on silver bullet yet, but looks like a great B&M invert.
Thank You! It is a lot of fun. I really like how unique it is compared to other inverts.
This is a very underrated coaster. This ride is very lengthy and has just about every inversion you can think of. Knott's Berry Farm is America's first theme park.
Forgot about that. I defiantly agree that it is very underrated, we need more people talking about this thing!
*Promo SM*
Great work. I learned alot from your video. Great comments honest but not hurtful. Keep up the good work.
Thanks, will do!
dude even stealing how coastercanobie even talks lmao
True, I will make sure to fix that in my next videos
@@BadCarDesigner you did get me checking out the ride overall. so thankyou!! good video!
@DreamofThrills Thank You! It is a very overlooked ride at Knott's. And yes, I know I do a lot of things in the style of Canobie Coaster, he is one of my favorite creators. I am trying to branch out and do some things different to him to differentiate my channel.
Hulk is such a great ride! The launch is awesome!
It really is!
👏 The hulk always makes me so dizzy 😵
Me too Lol
Great review, gave a lot of stats and info while also voicing your opinion! Good job bud keep up the good work! Add more stats, height, speeds, and manufacturer makes the videos better for sure good work
Thanks for the tips!
Fair review of cheetah hunt. It’s not the most extreme coaster out there, but for me it’s doesn’t matter because it’s a purely fun ride.
Couldn't agree more, lots of coaster enthusiasts just can't see pure fun and only judge a roller coaster by it's forces.
