Music is awesome! That said, the movie was very good. But being based on actual events is a bit far fetched. How? The real 9th company wasn't destroyed! It suffered four or five causulties. Stayed in radio contact, and the soviet helis showed up 10 minutes into the fire fight. Rating this movie? On par with Hurt Locker, just below Stop Loss, and above Stripes. Kinda like the Soviet Union's version of Platoon.

Esta película apeló a algo en mi psique, aunque esté en contra de los totalitarismos y esté consciente de las consecuencias de la planificación centralizada de la economía, me dí cuenta que no me hubiera quedado de otra que servir a la ejército soviético con orgullo. Defender el internacionalismo socialista y la amistad de la clase obrera y trabajadora de todo el mundo.

You're completely deluded, the challenger has never been lost in combat and holds the record for the longest tank on tank kill. Abrams is like a Russian T34, easy to destroy, but there's just lots of them.
