I really like your videos, but one thing I can't seem to find on your YT or on your website, is any steps on how to actually productize. So this video is great talking about the reasons why you would productize, and how to promote it. The challenging thing for us has always been identifying what the steps should be to do the actual work of productization, i.e. which materials should we create for our internal purposes, how should we workflow or document it all, how do we capture our expertise in a way that's accessible to clients once it has been productized, and how to do we capture insights/problem-solution detail in a way that allows us to demo our productized solution for leads in our first discovery call, etc etc. I previously looked into your course and coaching, but didn't go ahead because most of it seemed to be about promotion and generating clients, but what we need is insight into the rest of it. Thanks :)
