Interesting, cause my experience is totally different . . . too many fat and no carbs make my sibo totally worst! of corse it has to be glutenfree and whole foods, but I have to add carbs to every meal otherwise I spent the whole day at the bathroom BUT what I discovered is what nutritionists call RESISTENT STARCHES . . . which means I never eat fresh or unprepared starches, I cook or steam them and let them rest over night in the fridge, and then I prep them into my meal! This was a BIG game changer 😌may this help somebody else ❤

Always nice to hear another mamas experience ❤. My experience is different 😃. I have kids ages 2( boy) & 9( girl). I delayed vaccinations but still got most of them. However, we didnt do covid vax. Both kids have always slept great outside of when teething. I co-slept & breastfed until around 1. Also expressed milk so husband can bottle fed as he wanted to be part of the feeding experience ❤. Husband wakes up with babies at night & keeps them on a nap/sleep schedule as he is better with lack of sleep than I am. Fathers bonding & parenting is important. Im grateful for all his support & being able to wake up refreshed 😊.

Grace. I've had many struggles raising our two daughters in my catholic faith with an unbelievabling husband. I continue with my faith without receiving the Eucharist and we have not received our Holy Matrimony Sacraments. It saddens me but I continue going to Mass with my Grandchildren teaching them as I did their mothers. Your testimony is beautiful, you and your family are truly blessed. Sometimes people take Wisdom for granted, thank you sharing. 🤍

I was just diagnosed with Lyme and due to current health issues (brain tumors and need of hysterectomy do to fibroids) my Lyme dr. doesn't think on starting with herbal/supplements at the moment. She recommended starting with healing my gut. I did buy "Super Gut" book . Should I start with an elimination diet or just start healing my gut with foods listed on Dr. Davis' book or anti inflammatory diet? I don't normally eat processed food . Thank you

Hi, love your story. I’m a cradle Catholic. I’m 70 in a few months. I’ve studied because nobody taught us. You are so right. BUT we are the only true Church. Things are becoming rocky now but hold true. Jesus said that the His Church will survive.

I have been making this soap from her recipe, this will be my third time. Anyway I use the same exact cast steel soap and if you don't have a cheese grater it's okay. It is so soft I was able to thinly slice it and it still melts down quite quickly.

Thank you for this! All the things you are doing are exactly what my husband and I have talked about wanting to do with our first baby due in January. I had so many questions like how can I co-sleep/bed-share while still maintaining some sort of structure for bedtime and naps, how does EC fit into all that, how will my child ever learn to sleep on their own etc. Your answers were so down to earth and helpful and gave me a lot more peace about the whole thing. My parents sleep trained all 5 of us and both my sisters are sleep training their kids and doing all the “conventional” things, medicated births, vaccines, weaning by 1 etc. My husband and I have already been under a lot of scrutiny for planning to have a home birth (with a midwife) and no vaccines so I’m very nervous about my mom and sisters finding out about how we are going to be co-sleeping and not have a strict feeding schedule and such with our baby cause they’re extremely against that and is convinced it will kill the baby. I used to be of her mindset as well and before I got married I planned on doing everything the same way my mom did with us. It was my husband who helped me see the flaws in that and now I’m totally on the other side and have no idea how I will be able to have these conversations with my mom when they inevitably come up. My mom is on board with the unmediated birth and no vaccines, so judgement for that has mostly been from my sisters (even though one of them is also on the fence about vaccines), the sleep training, scheduled feedings and co-sleeping will bring harsh judgement from all of them though. Because of that I feel like I won’t be able to have anyone around me to help out with things because they will just be trying to change the way we are doing things the whole time.

Those who discourage co sleeping are doctors & formula companies so they can get their $$$ & mom away from the baby. All apart of the plan to ruin the nuclear family!

Do you have any advice for a 10 year old that has fears of being in his room alone. As a mom I want to just be there with him to comfort him but I also feel like he should be able to sleep comfortably alone at this point. His 3 older siblings all sleep great and our twin 10 month olds Co sleep in our room but sleep well without crying to fall asleep. So when you mentioned the fear process of a child that self soothes, I never did that with any of my kids so I'm not sure what happened to cause this. I feel horrible for him and have done research but so many things just say to basically force him to fall asleep alone enough times that he will get over it and that just feels wrong. He was my baby (youngest) for 9 years so maybe that's played a role. He's definitely at the age of reason so it's hard to know if he's actually fearful or just doesn't want to go to bed. I personally think he's truly afraid just by his behavior but my husband believes it's just an act. Hoping you have some nurturing advice rather than what I find on google.

If possible you or your husband could lay with him and pray the guardian angel prayer with him, and talk until he falls asleep. I had night terrors and sleep paralysis where I actually saw demons for years. It was terrifying 😭

I don’t know if you will see this and it’s ok if not! I just had my first baby and we are bed sharing because of me watching your videos ❤️how do you burp the baby if he feeds and you stay asleep? Or is it not necessary to burp them? Also what would you do if you tore during an unassisted birth and how would you know you tore and check yourself? Can you talk about needing stitches after birth? Did you ever tear at home and what did you do? Also what are your thoughts on episiotomies? Your videos are my absolute favorite because they are incredibly informative and natural and Christ centered. Thank you for being bold and sharing!

THANK YOU! This video is so incredibly encouraging! i’m a first time mom just following my God-given instincts. i bed share, don’t v@x, had an unmedicated birth and my baby definitely doesn’t sleep through the night but i could never imagine him crying alone 😞 7 months in and he still wakes every 2-3 hours to nurse. also sleeps on his tummy. he’s teething right now and woke up at least 10 times last night. i was wondering if i would have to transition him to his own bed but im so happy to hear you bed share until 2 and nurse to sleep still! also im a product of my parents letting me cry myself to sleep in a separate room beginning at 3 months..i had night terrors my whole childhood, disconnection to my parents still to this day, and they are constantly bragging about how i slept through the night at 3 months and that i need to do the same for my 7 month old because im “creating bad habits and spoiling him” i respond to my sons every cry and everyone thinks im too much! thank you for speaking up about this!! cry it out is neglect!!!

I just wanted to encourage you that it WILL get better. I found that 7, 8, 9 months was a harder season with sleep because of teething and some big developmental leaps. You can get through it and it DOES get better. I’ve bed shared with both of mine and I can’t imagine actually getting up and out of bed with them waking so much at that time. Keep pressing on, sister. And I would highly recommend taking a nap when baby naps if you are SAHM ;)

Just an FYI that I learned from Doug and Stacy’s Off Grid site, but always use your discretion and do your own research, they said to check the type of rennet that is used in cheese. There are many if not it seems all manufactures are switch from animal rennet to using microbial, vegetable, or it will say just enzymes. One will think they are all switching to accomodate the vegans. My mind goes in a different direction….what do they feed these enzymes…..SOY! I have found a local organic farm that uses animal rennet in their cheese and sells it to make your own. Keep trying to perfect your cheese making skills using animal rennet. It’s so worth it since the SOY debate is real! Thanks for great video and all the info. I love azure too.

What do you suggest for a 4 month old (2 days shy) who is used to being rocked to sleep and won't sleep unless it's dark in the room (too distracted by everything). We have no intention of doing any cry it out method but looking into the pick up put down method as i've been having to contact nap since day 1 so I get nothing done around the house. Plus, I would love to just be able to move around a bit more. My back and neck is getting tired as i'm not in my 20's anymore!! She's a very opinionated baby, considered "spirited". Won't even nurse outside a dark room anymore because she's too eager to watch the world! Any help or advice would be wonderful!

For teething I has some frozen pumped breast milk and would snap off a chunk and put it in a mesh feeder or silicone feeder (they look like ring pops) and my girl would chomp down on the frozen breast milk. It soothed her teeth since it was so cold and she could really chomp on it as hard as she wanted, plus it was my milk so I felt good about that. Also, I Love this! Thank you! I so appreciate your to the point and truthful speaking. You’re kind but no nonsense and not one for excuses. Truth in love. ❤
