I followed Polaris racing since I was a kid and Roseau Through the Roseau Paper and all those racers were my heroes in later on in life. I got to meet them and some became friends not that I talk to him every day but seen him a few times a year in Roseau And after the races because I was from Roseau they just accepted you as part of the family. That was the coolest thing I followed the racing programs got my dad to take me to a lot of races and then I could drive myself. Then we race 650 Indies improve and stock and pro stock on grass and ice Jeff Schwister, and myself Rocky we were extremely successful in drag racing, and some speed runs even when team of the year one time I can’t member if it was mad rag or SWDRA but met some really great people and was so proud to represent Polaris and Roseau my dad always said I had Polaris on my brain and I do to this day seen the 500 was one of the last races on my bucket list and watched Bunky racing from behind and went by a straightaway. It just made me think never caught people from Roseau Out because they never give up and they made Polaris right my dad‘s 91 now. Tough worker tough guy no different than people from Roseau Just makes me proud where I came from a snowmobile that comes from that town all the people that I met racing from Roseau You could never count them out they always delivered in the end. Makes me proud thank you. I love you all.
would have been nice to see the inside of the trail bags
T40 socket when the 6mm strips on the fill plug
Polaris needs to bring back there 600s to consumers!
I want another 600 polaris! Wouldnt mind the latest an greatest!
Was the matryx looks/design from China 🇨🇳? It looks like a Praying Mantis or some ugly-ass bug. I sure miss the look of the Axys.
I want another Polaris 600cfi!
I just did this service on our two S4’s today and they could’ve easily designed it to be a quick drain. The money is in the service work.
I get boost doesent put much stress on the crank but why didn’t I guys use the 9R crank I prove it works at Jackson those mod sleds where weapons . So we all know you are coming out with a 900 boost in 2026 Plus u could have ported out the cylinders alot u forgot to do it to mine lol. Why are the case part numbers different some u basically made a billet crank. My 850 motor is slow as hell in my 24 boost please put a 9 mod in mine lol!
😱 "promo sm"
This is a really good video. I like the more indepth info on the mountain sled changes for 2025. These are the shows I look for in newly released product.
Can you make a vidio on what type of oil to use on a 2022 Polaris Voyager 550 144 thank you
After reading all these comments I think it might be safer to get a doo. I hear the RMKs work great in the trees though.
Awesome updates, stoked for the 25’s 🔥
OH Man I am pumped about the new sleds, endless possibilities of blown clutches, spark plugs for days, do not ride recalls with no parts in stock, paying full price only to have the dealers discount unsold sleds for 10k less a few months later.... Yeee Haw sign me up!
A red white and blue xcr and being able to choose a 1.6 track with the 9r would have been cool
Great explanations and these machines are awesome! Can we skip summer and just start next winter early?!?!?!
The more I learn about the 25s I realize I don’t need a way overpriced 25
Good explanation. Polaris should cover the clutch bolt and rail tips and stand behind thier products. Not a recall but something that will update '24s at no cost for customer peace of minds that they stand behind their Sleds.
I miss my 1998 Indy Trail Touring... I miss snowmobiling so much!!!
the price is also an update as well ☺
Stoked for the new updates! Stoked for the new fixes and goodies. Didn’t think the sleds could get any better!
Nice work Cook Bros! Way to represent Moffat County! ❤
When sre dynamix shocks going onto RMK?
Heavy shock package is the extra weight worth it. Probably not more for trail riding idk if be beneficial on a mountain sled.
I heard the brake software was updated so if the brake and throttle is on at the same time for so many seconds instead of going into limp mode it goes into low power mode. Also instead of having to shut it down and restart you simply let off either the brake or the throttle and you are back up and running at full power.
So the comment about a billet spider vs a forged is horseshit. If you have to measure every billet spider made you must have been having them done in a backyard shop on a mill. Forging is much less expensive. That is why you are doing it for 25 MY. P22 has still yet to be proven reliable.
I agree they must not have a very good CNC machine if they have to measure every one, unless they are trying to hold tenths of a thousandths. Any CNC machine should easily hold +/-.002 which I would think would be more than good enough. Forging should be stronger as the grain structure is maintained, I think that's really why they changed. Probably couldn't get the forging tooling worked out in time so they went with machined billet in the interim.
@@machine7767 completely agree. I have a 24 9R with the billet spider. Most likely easier to manufacture in mass numbers with the forged piece.
Continue to leave me in the backcountry 😅
“the best sleds out on the mountain”, abandoned, for sure
Will us M.Y 24 owners be able to retrofit the M.Y 25 rail caps onto our sleds?
Yes
What about the primary clutch bolts breaking? I hear it's even happening on the 850's now. My Khaos will be for sale start of next season. I'm done.
P85's are bulletproof. Don't let the door hit ya in the ass😆😆
@@208SledHead Enjoy your latest recalls. I'll be laughing my butt off as I ride by while you're having to tow your sled out when the clutch bolt breaks and the primary goes flying.
@@robgoffroad You say that as if Polaris is the only one with recalls or defects? I’ve had WILD success with my RMK’s and so have my buddies. Living near Island Park we see it all - and Polaris is just as reliable as anyone else is. Quit regurgitating what your sister’s husband says about sleds….the smearing is ridiculous and juvenile at best.
so your info on clutch bolt is not first hand
Exactly. I would LOVE to know how much of the Polaris bashing actually comes from first hand experiences vs. what someone saw on the internet. So much bullshit out there.@@oldslow3694
Can you load your own map files?
What is the difference of a chain case type drive to the FNR transmission in the Prostar? Does FNR transmission have a chain to adjust?
Compression only. Why not Rebound? Big bumps will pack up the suspension
oxrs csesv
High built engine like old style.
Polaris gonna recall the oiling issue on the 2023 -24 boost?
Yawn zzzzzzzz
Patiently waiting for this as an option on the XCR next year
Ddddaaarrrrrr.....
nice video, plan on snow checking 9r xcr 136 along with vr1 850 boost with dynamix love the new stuff
Awesome! Can't wait to see what you think!
Polaris should not bring ANY new sleds to market until they take care of all the problems and recalls on previous model year sleds. Their quality is at the bottom of any list.
When cruising at a steady state, how does Dynamix know the travel speed of the snowmobile? Does it use the Vehicle Speed Sensor, like the Speedometer does? I understand that it has Throttle and Brake Control input so it can somewhat anticipate events about to occur.
These would be great on a Indy XC with the S4 I think? Or S4 Turbo in the future hopefully.
Pretty cool for sure. I understand that technology cost a lot but I for one don't really NEED it. It brings the cost of new sleds simply out of reach for the average guy.
Very well done Nels! 🇨🇦
Does it stiffen both front shocks when braking? Soften inside shock on turns ? What about spring adjustments, heavy duty springs and passenger situations?
It does stiffen the front on braking and the rear on acceleration as well as the inside shock on turns - I'm also curious on the heavy duty springs and passenger stuff as well.
@@D3thM3tal @mobilewintercamp7515 The rear torsion springs will need to be changed based on rider weight, just like other INDY models. DYNAMIX will adapt to the proper torsion springs for heavier riders / passengers. Let us know if that answers your question for you!
Are you able to lift the skis up so you can get over whooped out areas so you are not slamming the front into the bumps
@@rickdennison1152 great question.
I love my smart shox on my skidoo, but it looks like Polaris has the advantage now with this system, it sounds like a very good system and well thought out...
great video!! Thanks for sharing lots of good information
Thanks for watching!
