  I relate to you guys so much 😭 My partner and I met at res and honestly we lived together 😂 One week (or whatever time frame) we’d be in her room and the other in my room. We’d get groceries together and cook together and sleepover everyday This was for two years straight but the only thing is that we neglected our friendships and yeah those sort of died😂 I guess that the only disadvantage. We grew to be so codependent. This year is quite different because we live at separate residences but chile we see each other everyday because our building are right next to each other Sleep overs every weekend It’s a better dynamic because we get our alone time more often that the previous years when we started dating. It was torture in the beginning though but we got the hang of it now and it works for us. I’m a new subscriber and I literally binge watch your videos 😂 great content❤️

  Omg finally, another couple that gets us 😭. Lol y’all are better than us cause we would have found a way to still stay the one res together and the room in the other res would be a storage space 😂. It really does breed codependency though and we’re so happy that you two found a way to be less codependent. I think we’re also in that season right now, being in a (very) long distance relationship has helped us be less codependent and it’s been so healthy for us.   Hey baby gal, I'm glad you validate your feelings, it will get better I suppose, it's not like you're in SA different province or country in the same continent with family or support systems, be in your feelings and give yourself a break, you're very brave, just don't stay too long kumgowo for your sanity, if professional help is something doable, do it, we love you guys❤. I know it's still early days perhaps in future can have cross seas vlogs, dual screens if possible considering times between thè2 continents maybe once a month some sacrifices with sleep alternating maybe could be doable 😊stay positive, baby steps ❤🤍🫠🙌🏽

  This was some really good insight. I was having epiphanies throughout the whole video. A lot goes into making a relationship work, A LOT. There’s even more work to be done in a relationship where there are kids involved and co-parenting and all. This also brings home the fact that self-awareness is SO important. As an individual, you need to be able to take your feelings aside and really understand what is required of you to make a relationship work with a certain person. If you know, deep down, that you won’t be able to accept, assist and take on their responsibilities then just leave them alone tle 😩
