The 95% safer continues because the chemicals & carcinogens have been measures in several studies & the number of harmful chemicals & the amounts of the chemicals are a tiny tiny tiny fraction of what are in cigarettes. Vaping has been around for over 20 yrs & is one of the most studied things on the planet. Vaping was started by consumers/smokers after a pharmacist invented it in 2003. The Nicotine vaping industry has had no deaths or even serious injuries. The "evali" outbreak was only in 2019 & mainly only in the US in states where weed is illegal because it was illegal THC carts that were cut with a product called Honeycutt. It had NOTHING to do with vaping! There are literally thousands of studies showing that vaping is much much safer than smoking, between 90-98‰ depending on the study. You cannot trust the FDA or CDC. They are literally funded by big pharna & big tobacco. The FDA has already authorized the vapes from big tobacco in the US. But 99‰ of vaping products are from non big tobacco companies. Small & mid size consumer owned businesses. There was over 6.5 million vaping products submitted to the FDA for approval. Yet the FDA has only authorized the 26 big tobacco products. Plus it's just common sense, you're not burning something & inhaling smoke. No tar in vaping. There's 4 ingredients in vaping. Pg/VG nicotine & food grade flavorings. All are generally recognized as safe (gras). Plenty of countries have testing on vaping b4 it could be sold. New Zealand, England, Canada, & us have all legalized vaping... You're spreading lies & fear mongering over something you know very little about. I've been making eliquids & vaping for over 10yrs & have helped 10s of thousands quit smoking with vaping.

I smoked cigarettes for over 40 years before moving to vaping. I font use it like crazy and i am smart about how i use it. The reason nicotine was added to vapes is because the vape juice and e-cigarettes that used that juice was indeed made to be a cessation tool. People like myself moved over because of the nicotine, the ability to breathe easier than with cigarettes and the tar smells are gone. I don't think that younger people should do it but they'll do anything they can because humans will be humans.

A large majority of those "cases" of people getting injured or sick from vaping eventually came out with the truth about what really happened. Kids were buying weed vape cartridges from dealers that had laced them with certain vitamins that would make the weed inside the cartridges much darker (don't remember exactly why that mattered). But it was incredibly dangerous for them to be inhaling those vitamins and caused people to go to the hospital with "vapers lungs" and severe trouble breathing. The kids would say it was just a regular vape so they wouldn't get into trouble with their parents or with the cops (i personally heard of a few kids it happened to at my highschool). All that misinformation spread like wildfire, and now most people think vaping is as dangerous as shoving a grenade in your mouth. Is vaping healthy? Fuck no. But the majority of shit people do isn't fucking healthy. Just mind your own damn business and stop fake coughing anytime you see a vaper or smoker when you're over 20 feet away just to be a cunt.

I've been vaping since 2015. I enjoy the hobby of building coils, wicking it, etc. I buy, sell, and trade on FB groups so it's actually a community. Since I quit smoking, I can breathe better, I don't get sick like I used to, I can run with my kids no issues, I'm seemingly more healthy than I was smoking. Not saying that it's because of vaping, but ya know it seems to be. I vape 6mg eliquid from reputable USA made companies. I will NOT vape those childish 50+mg disposable vapes. Those are the ones China is pushing, and marketing to kids more and more. 50mg is a lot. I vape 6mg/ml When these kids get a hold of the disposable $20 ones, they're hooked because that's a lot of nicotine they're ingesting/inhaling. i believe those disposables and black market thc vapes are what's going to ruin something I've been so passionate about for years. I enjoy vaping, I enjoy the hobby side of it, I enjoy the friends I've met all over the world in the community. Would I recommend vaping? Over analog cigarettes, absolutely. But I would never recommend disposable ecigs.

Oh stop with this vape hate it’s been known we don’t know the long term consequences for a long time. I’m literally suix depressed and treatment resistant vape helps me cope a little bit. and nicotine isolated is safe, vape was made on the theory that if we remove all the toxic stuff in tobacco and leave the nicotine it would be a healthier way to consume nicotine. why add nicotine to vape? come on. because nicotine is the point of vape. like im sorry not everyone is a successful doctor who loves life and wants to stay alive this life is painful for most

i'm against banning much of anything, but i do think these companies should be lambasted, taxed, and sued into oblivion. i think some bad things can and should be legal, but properly regulated, taxed, and advertisement and education around them being as honest as possible.

Writing from Latvia here - these stupid things are sold here left and right. Thankfully, my kid (15) is smart enough to stay away from this crap - but many kids aren't that smart - and many parents aren't that lucky. How the government isn't passing a low on just outright banning this crap - is unclear. There is NO BENEFIT to anyone involved with these products - except for the companies making good money out of idiots who buy them - until they die out (idiots, that is, not the companies). Also - there's already enough self-harm stuff people can get their hands on - if they really want to - like alcohol, tobacco in various forms - as well as heavier drugs. So just don't do this, sheep - would be the easy answer - unfortantely - sheep just keep being sheep. The other day saw a family of three russians passing me while I was resting amidst my bike ride - the girl was vaping, the kid was walking amidst a cloud of her smoke, and the poor hubby was talking cheerfully (less cheerfully when he noticed I wasn't staring at his pride and possession because of how beautiful she was - but because how dumb she was). A week ago saw an advertising stand of vape products at a local gas station - and asked the cashier why does their management allow this idiocy in their locations - to which she said she didn't know, and added that yes, they knew it was idiocy - she had heard that batteries exploded etc. So they know it's stupid - yet they still do the stupid stuff. WHY, PEOPLE?

hundreds of chemicals? LOLLLLL try 3 buddy. vegetable glycerin, propylene glycerin, and nicotine. the flavors can be used from natural candy flavorers, like what people use in home made hard candies. its one of the safest things to put in your lungs that isnt medicine lmfao even smoking flour is worse. smoke is a carcinogen, vapors arent.

literally yes. I hate this vape hate. disposables are and a waste of money and bad for the environment, yes. but why “add nicotine to vape”... come on... that’s the point of it. We’ve known for a long time nicotine isolated is safe for adults, is one of the best cognitive enhancers, and reduces the risk for alzheimers / dementia by 3-fold in later life. everything has pros and cons.

been addicted to this crap for 6 years now, tried quitting numerous times but unlike cigarettes you can do it literally everywhere and with that, hard wires your brain to instinctively need it even after it's left your system for weeks. When consulting a doctor, I mentioned that the Ritalin prescribed for my school studies actually amplifies cravings and I was told to "focus on my studies and worry about that later". Seems like nobody's really taking any of this seriously and it certainly doesn't make it easier to get off it.

It makes me very sad how many people still act like touching a person with HIV is going to infect them. I think it should be everyone's right to keep that information private. We've had amazing strides in medicine that have made it more and more common for people to have zero viral load and unable to transmit the virus. If there was an incident where the person bled, then I would just say something like "I have a condition that is transmittable via blood" to inform them. No one needs to know that it is HIV specifically. As someone who has had to deal with people feeling intitled to my medical history when it has nothing to do with them or the situation, it is shitty and the want for privacy is high. Obviously if you are actively infectious with something that is different and it poses a large public safety risk, there are exceptions, but you still should be given as much privacy as possible in the matter. Medical discrimination is very, very real. Until we live in a society without stigma around illnesses, especially those like HIV, people need that privacy and protection.

Started vaping about 10 years ago. I had occasionally smoked cigars but I was never really addicted to nicotine. Became extremely addicted after vaping. Lost teeth due to the additives and had two cases of bronchitis. Then I smoked my first cigarette. Still trying to quit. Vaping was my gateway. And I was smart enough to understand that it was not safe or "safer". But addiction always wins.

Doctor. Do a whole video on the dangers of Propylene Glycol in ..everything. Some of us are allergic to Propylene Glycol, it makes my nose bleed..every time. They put it in deodorants, FOODS etc...also in vape 'juice' ..and it Literally is harmful to humans no matter how much or how often they try to convince us that it's 'sate', propylene glycol is absolutely NOT safe for a large group of us humans and I would like them to stop putting it in everything! I have to read everything now and shop extremely carefully.

Just for the skeptics and instant Internet experts out there. Do remember doctors use to promote cigarettes as the "helthier" alternative to full Tabaco Cigars. That was back in the day when on the first few decades that Cigarette was introduced. It took them that long to find out its Horrifying effects, and by then, it's too late. Just in recent, it was discovered that some vape can have you inhale Lead fumes, especially on the cheaper ones made with sketchy QC. There's also cases of the Lithium batteries exploding. And even Lung health aside, many of our brothers and sisters who just irresponsibly dispose them. This ain't cigarette butt, this are electronics and people are throw them like a pack of gum.

Nonsense. Vaping has been around for over 20 years now. The Yorkshire lung society has already done extensive research and released a documentary. They estimate 95% healthier. Personally I feel way better vaping. No more smokers cough, no more flemgh. But thanks to people like you my Mum is scared to vape so carries on smoking, thinks vaping is worse. She coughs all day and night loudly and often. So thanks mate.

Keep that crap out of the reach of children. Stop judging what adults do, it's their problem. There are those of us who like to smoke and that's it, there are those who love to breathe smog, there are those who like sugar, there are those who inject drugs in the gym. There are addictions of all kinds, there are people with healthy habits who still get deathly sick. It doesn't matter, life is going to kill you at some point.
