  the way etho uses a mouse and keyboard makes so much more sense when you realize their desk is just under shoulder height, its like resting on a tall wall outside, as if you're ready to vault over it. your arms naturally want to come inward the higher the surface you're resting on it is. the tissue box is really the only anomaly i consider to be unforgivable.

  Honestly, I've done something similar with my mouse, except it was with my laptop. Like i'd have my laptop either in my lap or on a cooling stand and my mouse would be balanced on top of my laptop, so my mouse would be used kinda cockeyed.

  i just tried it, but i have a laptop and a desk w/ an adjustable chair, and i put my mouse behind the laptop, and it is comfy, but i have barely any room to move my mouse-

  I was called weird for having my keyboard so far back. I have a normal mouse and a mic that is above. I could easily emulate Etho and probably have no problem

  Yeah, I want to learn to captions, *but* i still haven't gotten an actual app. I started with youtube's auto transcribe, which has rough time codes, and when from there, putting that subtitle file (.srt) into final cut and edited there. I'm fairly perfectionist, I could have done something useful in half the time, but, well. It was mostly fun!
