  I read up on these. It's better to start with a 1.5 or 2 reed. Easier for beginners.

  Traded off a great SG std years ago. Couldn't get rid of that great humbucker dirty rotton sound for my country applications. Will always regret the loss otherwise.

  Arrived yesterday then I went looking for reviews, I'll look some more, but there's always the Harmonica. Libraries have at least 2 harmonica instruction courses and at least 1 song book in digital downloads and zero shortage of KZread videos.

  The reed needs to be wet for longer, also check out videos on embrochure. The reed strength might be too high also..

  Think yourself very lucky, especially if you have neighbours or value your hearing or sanity! When I eventually got a sound out everyone in the room jumped (including the poor dog), as I wasn't gripping it with my teeth! Still struggling. Ah for the days when it was silent...

  You have to place reed on your tongun for a minute to get it wet. Then you put your lower lip over your teeth and just about bite down then you blow gently till you get a tone. This is key! 25+ years playing all models of sax. Enjoy

  Are there any cleaner settings on your amp? How many watts? Turn down the gain more, and turn up the master. Lower the pickup a bit and experiment with the pole screw hights. And do the treble bleed mod that everyone is suggesting. It works well.
