thanks you for taking the time to make and post this video, nice
Where do I get new metal screens or filters? I’ve melted through the one it came with.
Dude, I think your style in these videos is amazing. I don't know how all the videos you have made haven't had at least 10x more views and at least as many subscribers. Keep up the fantastic work! I watch these videos over and over again. Love it!!
Yum !! That looks so good !! I've been forgetting the pineapple juice ... Next time I'll remember to buy some !!
I asked ChatGPT to give me a good recipe using Liquid Death Sparkling Water - it basically gave me this one but with the Prosecco and soda water replaced with Liquid Death! Even said to add the orange slice. Thanks for the vid!
My go to cocktail. Cheers
Always got some homemade limoncello in the freezer, so def gonna try this out
We're going to post our family limoncello recipe in the coming week!
Love your whole set up! The glass you're using is the perfect touch, makes everything so appealing 😍
Thank you! We love to collect glassware!
I have to use a substitute for campari - it's too bitter for me.
The smoke is a nice touch
Agave syrup is exactly what I use for ALL my margaritas !!!
Ok I'm going to make me one right now !!
I like experimenting with smoke
It's amazing how it impacts a cocktail and how many ways you can utilize it. Thank you for watching!
I have no idea what Lilith blanc is. I thought Bond used vermouth ??
Lilet Blanc is a french white vermouth. Delicate & delicious
Completely agree that life is too precious & short to ever drink ordinary !!
I make clear ice out of boiled distilled bottled water & a cylindrical thermos in my deep freeze.
I make mixed drink syrup out of agave syrup & heated distilled bottled water.
The smoke is a nice touch

@@NeverDrinkOrdinary Can we burn between the wood types? or is there a glue there that we should not burn?
it's THE classic!
I love expirementing with tthese. A great bottle I have been using most recently is grandads 100 proof high rye mash bill bourbon. cheers!

Thank you Jeff, lots to come in the new year! Happy Holidays!
That syrup sounds great!
Thanks!
I love playing around with syrups
Great way of being creative for sure
I saw the tea that you made for this Old Fashioned and it looks terrific! The rich demerara syrup is delicious! Fabulous cocktail and I really love Angel's Envy although I prefer their rye and I almost always use rye in an Old Fashioned! Cheers! 🙂
Thank you. Angels Envy Rye is very hard to get up here in Canada, but I agree it is terrific stuff!
This looks awesome! I'm gonna need to give this a try for our family Christmas party we are having this weekend. Glad you are still making videos!
Thank you! Yes we plan on making a lot more videos next year. We will just have to find our rhythm! Smoking in the decanter is a cool way of doing a batched Old Fashioned too. So if you were going to be making a few of them you can smoke them all at once in a decanter vessel and then pour over ice for your friends and guests.
Very nice. Is there that much difference in simple syrup and demerara syrup to matter? I've only ever had simple in drinks before.
Old fashioned's taste great with simple too. But the 2:1 Demerara adds a little more mouth feel and the molasses really compliment the bourbon!
Need to add text recipe 🎉
That's a PERFECT sidecar!!!! Thank you so much!
Thank you for the great comment!
Wow..its Delicious mai tai
Thank you!
We are partial to this recipe 2 Vodka 2 Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice Cocktail 1/2 Cointreau 1/4 Lime Juice
That would be tasty no doubt!
Impressive video mate 👌
Thank you. Appreciate it

Just FYI, it's just "up", not "straight up". "straight up" is just an error people keep repeating because they hear others do it as well, but it would actually mean a drink poured room temperature and with no dilution (straight) in a glass without ice (up). Since you actually want a chilled and diluted drink in a glass without ice, that is simply "up".
Thanks man, that makes sense to me!

Love a classci daiquiri!
Fresh juice and a good shake bring it alive for sure!
I love the simplicity of this drink
Thanks AngryCocktails. It was great watching them make them in Brazil!
Solid, solid classic for sure!
That looks delicious
Thank you Emilio!
You're not going to build a big following by shortcutting the info surrounding one of the most passionately loved and debated cocktails of all time into "1 ounce light rum, 1 ounce dark aged rum" That's actually a great way for nobody to take you seriously.
Thanks for the comment, all insight helps. You are correct it is a widely debated cocktail! I would love to recommend you putting in Wray and Nephew 17 year old but I certainly haven't seen a bottle. At least we didn't put grenadine or tropical juices in it!
I would have-to charge 18$ for that drink in my little bar. $6.00 per ounce. Would that be considered reasonable? Out on the internet trying to find drink recipes that are one ounce of liquor/liqueur in total to hit the 4.75$ drink special price to bring a different feel to the place I work at that is struggling.. that’s proving to be a tall order haha
That sounds like a lot. I always aimed for the $14-16 dollar price mark. A good Negroni made with 3 oz's is a lot of alcohol but if you use a Beefeater gin, Campari and sweet vermouth like Dolin's then your cocktail should cost you approx $3-4 dollars in cost of goods. Beverage cost aim for around 20 - 25% so $14 could be good making it a good sale price. But other factors like competition and your demographic need to come into consideration.
@@NeverDrinkOrdinary I appreciate the answer here. We have no other bar in town. There is zero competition which is why there is a lack of investment into his bar on his behalf. No need for improvements or to draw crowds from other establishments. I want to make it a place where more people can come and enjoy their time and money spent there. I would like to increase the traffic by being able to present fair prices and beautifully made cocktails, i am very limited as to what I can do as per the owner. Perhaps a losing battle. I’d like to remain optimistic that I could make headway! Perhaps it is time to sit and draw up a proposal and hope for the best! I mean the worst that could happen would be a fat NO lol
@@janineplamondon8893 Can't rest on your laurels right! I appreciate that you want to improve the bar and its offerings. Simply a cost thing, break down each ingredient for your proposed cocktails and put it on an excel sheet. Show that you can make great cocktails for that $3-$4 dollar mark and charge $12-15. Charge what is fair but make sure you hit your beverage cost (assume around 20-25%). Present the owner the cocktails (6 well made good ones can be a great addition to a bars menu), the costs associated and why you want to do it. Hopefully could help. In most cases the owner doesn't know anything about cocktail culture and doesn't want to change what is not broken. Just need to show those people the research and costs.
I'll add grapefruit juice to my grocery list. And I'm now on my second batch of clear ice !!
Use it in the Hemingway Daquiri too!
As a bartender, I appreciate the easy, straight forward presentations.
Thank you, we originally made these with that in mind. bartenders for bartenders but realized the instruction can be great for the at home creative enthusiast too! We have also just finished our bartender course. let me know if you would like a look at that too. Would be great to get feedback from a bartender!
@@NeverDrinkOrdinary Yes, I like to learn new variations on classic drinks.
I believe that you guys missed a bit of agave syrup! Different recipes calls for different amounts.. but you need some sweetness to balance this drink 😊
@@konstantinkostov7811 Not wrong, a little bit of sweetness here does well for sure! I do mention optionally adding some syrup but think Agave would do wonders!
Fresh ice. How about that?
Always!
