    Thanks! Yes, you can make letters. My suggestion is to draw your letter on paper then use that as a guide to bend your wire. Good luck!

    Weaving terms: the woven areas before and after the beading = header. The side edges running the length of the weaving = selvages.

    I have a 1 meter strand of pearls that doesn't have knots between the pearls. I want to restring the pearls, bur where do you get that large spool of silk? It can't be regular silk sewing thread.

    Excellent video talking about the Harbor Freight caliper which only costs $10 and is very accurate. BUT to get the ID if the jump ring you really need to disassemble one link, close up the jump ring, and then measure the ID. I think then you would find the aspect ratios between the two chains much closer.

    I used 20g I believe but anything 18-22g should work.
