The average person would have a bill in the thousands
I received third degree burns to 25% of my body in a house fire three years ago. I was airlifted to hospital, where I spent 4 months on a burn ward, had skin grafts and then 18 months of wearing horribly restrictive pressure garments to get my scars to lay flat. I was tremendously lucky that a neighbour saw the smoke and phoned for the emergency services, and that a fire engine was only a couple of streets away performing smoke alarm tests. What I would absolutely recommend is that you have a smoke alarm in every bedroom. I had one on the landing outside my bedroom, which apparently went off, but I didn’t hear a thing. You definitely need one in your bedroom. I survived purely by luck. Don’t leave your survival to chance. Btw, Stanley is adorable!

Like i say the whole time you are figuring out fault you do realize i am still hurt and a right handed welder all i ever wanted was help not to be rich.. And i gave him 14 yeas atleast 11 hurt now real hurt over 2 years and can never weld again or so hurt i do not ever want to weld again bad neck and back and shoulder.. and when asked many times even last which a few weeks later i had to end employement.. i was rejected and walked away from and had to keep going with torn cartaledge all the way around both shoulder torn collar bone both torn slap tears both shoulders arthritis bones spurs both shoulders athritis in neck and mid back.. and was toused to the curb to be homeless.. ooo and the right arm they could never help me with is now no good drs can do nothing.. wait, hold up, so isn't this destroying the water system by increasing its salinity? that's very detrimental to the environment, how about, for example, just remove the snow & make tires that have a quick for example stud system, maybe automatic, to deal with the ice for which the brine is needed
It sounds like they use a lot less salt as a brine then just dumping it on the road.

What hours do snow plow drivers work in Wisconsin? Here in Eastern Washington they run drivers 24/7 some days. You don't run drivers 24/7 for 8 months out of the year do you?
I know people that drive for the county. They usually do 12 on 12 off.
