Wow, great fishing. Was surprised to see you cooking and eating in your tent. I lived in bear country, and that’s just calling them to you. Great adventure though.

Brooooooo I was walleye fishing the other night and noticed bait fish before dark than bam an explosion from a monster fish happens 20 yards from me ... I was so confused because I had no idea that kings came in during the spring and I've been scratching my head over this for 3 days 😅

You know I gotta say this. The "steelheader" lingo made me move to the next video..... he must have said every cliche steelhead saying there is. I just don't relate to that. Oh you must've said "insane" about 200 times.....

I'm not trying to be a dick but what I'm saying is I think if everyone had the chance to go through the awesome process of learning, and then catching a steelhead their lives would be better off. I have fished my entire life and can usually take the lingo, but it may keep those who have never done it but want to to turn away because it seems like a club or something. Other than that the fishing in the video was really cool. I do wonder what river that is though......

Excellent video! You did a really nice job on this adventure. I have watched a ton of fishing, cast iron cooking, and camping shows and this is the first one I have ever seen that attempted a campfire fish fry with CRISP FRIES! That was awesome and it looked delicious.

I’m an old man and I still get excited when I catch a nice fish. Those who criticize you for getting excited probably just wish they could catch the fish your catching. Disregard them and keep up the good work. I especially enjoy your camping videos.

Takes some apples to venture out to spots like that! Been there done that, I'm planning on a "Brule" trip this spring with feeder crews on lake Superior trying to decide on a new rod , looking at a loomis e6x 9 or 9ft 6", 2500 type spinning reel.😊

Dont put the clicker on when u fight the fish , reel don't spin smooth like that , u want that fish to run smooth no jerk with reel and get loose. My opinion
