For you to qualify for disoccupazione, you need to either be discontinued by your employer or if your employer runs out of business (closes business). If you leave your job, you will not get paid. If any of the first instances happen, INPS will calculate how much you’ll be getting depending on how many hours and years you’ve been working, full time or part time. It all depends on lots of factors
