  I think people miss the point of this scene being that Christian is a broken, manipulative and callous person and society places unrealistic beauty standards on people who looked fine to begin with (there’s no reason for Kinber to fix her face for instance; it’s already perfectly symmetrical and fixing minor ‘flaws’ in a vacuum without considering the full picture often winds up less than the sum of its parts) Most unrealistic thing is that Kimber hasn’t booked a modeling gig in two months like cmon, she’s literally a model irl!

  Я такой же кристиан.По отношению к себе тоже. Никогда не будет недото,недосё. Тем более,что ценность этого в реальности и сухом остатке ничего не стоит. Меня будут бесить длинные ноги,я их буду презирать.Не атлетическое тело.Погрешности на коже,родинки,папиломы,пятна,прыщи.Зубы не идеальные,кривые или желтые,их отсутвие.Запах нечистого тела отвратит.Залысины будут тошнотной старостью.Найду несимметрию в лице и зацеплюсь на ней-неидеальный нос,неидеальный овал.И очень важное,то,ради чего это все было.Если будет растянутых 10минут без идиллии относительно меня-лучше тебе не родится в этой жизни. Начнем с зубов????

  Julian is such a good actor. And so is Kelly. He did care about Kimber as much as he could. Something was damaged in Christian. He just couldn't seem to love anyone except Wilber. Might be the only genuine love he ever felt

  In this scene, you can tell Kimber genuinely meant it when she told Christian she loves him. It’s understandable for Christian, to feel unsure if Kimber actually loves him because he is aware that he is an asshole who can’t be the faithful boyfriend in relationships. He was under the impression, that Kimber was only in love with the idea of Christian with his good looks, career, and materialism. Although, Kimber had dated and got engaged to other men who made more money than Christian; she wasn’t happy to be in relationships with them.

  Kimber tickled me! I like this scene, where she's giving it to them straight. I hate having to deal with ppl that remind me of the inanimate blow-up doll, though! -- always talking like their mouth is something else that they can't shut, with fake parts and no brain!
