I think Kimber was testing Christian in this scene, to see if Christian really loves her for her true self or her beauty. At the time, Christian loved Kimber which was why he waited in the hallway and was anxious to see his fiancée again. I think Christian gave the wrong response because he was so used to seeing and wanting things to be beautiful.

This is the first time I've ever seen Christian crying during the series. It doesn't get worse than this.

Shweta Mahajan I thought the first time he cried was when he admitted to Sean in the church (after confronting the priest) that his adopted father touched him as a child and older. That’s when he was humanized for most in the series.

My god. Kimber is still beautiful though

DAMN he fucked her up!! As SHALLOW as Christian is, I'm surprised he didn't leave her right there and then. He made Kimber look uglier than any of his victims.. And Kimber is crazy he gave her plastic surgery the first day they met.. So why would she think she needed it to get him to love her when they had just met.. And that is fucked up to prey on a woman's self esteem like that. And the least they could've done was have Kimber a lol prosthetic nose and did her makeup to make her lips look thinner and her breast look smaller so when he gave her "plastic surgery" there could have been at least a visible difference like with all the other patients because Kimber didn't look any different before he operated on her and after.. There was no difference &she's right if he didn't operate on her the carver would not have "reversed" all the work she had done on her. I feel bad for the ending they gave Kimber.I feel her and Christian were made for each other.. Both were nuts with low selfesteem

And I'm talking about the first episode when he said she was an 8, then made her a 10. The carver did mess her up... But she was still a 10.. A negative 10

I think Kimber had every right to blame Christian for how the Carver tortured Kimber. Christian basically manipulated Kimber into getting all those unnecessary surgeries in order to become a "10" and for the love of money. Sadly, Kimber believed Christian back then because she was so desperate and self conscious about being perfect
