  @390WagonMaster I agree. I found a fan in one of my boxes of stuff and just put pin connectors and heat shrink and it works great. It is a slightly bigger than the one they are selling but cools it perfectly.

  Good radio after you do the simple mod & service mode. There is no euro version as its the same as its sold as a ham radio like the President Lincoln II+. -73's

  The conversion is so easy to do. If you can solder 1 wire and follow the menu your all good... For a shop to charge you to do the mod would be a place to NOT DO BUSINESS with . IMHO.

  You know, 390 Wagon Master basically promotes President radios and UDX International could as well but President would need to offer some kind of incentive I would think. Just saying. Nice radio though. ✌✌

  Looks like the Bearcat 980 front panel layout is a de facto standard. That's a great marketing tool. If you want a little more than the 980, here's the ticket.
