Belgium still top18 after a month in the streams. It's absolutely incredible how a song like that, with this impact on charts, that was top5 in the polls for such a long time, that was even supposed to win the jury vote at some point in the season, didn't even qualify to the final. In my opinion it's one of the greatest shocks in the last 20 years of the contest.

Agreed. It was such a shocker eventho more and more people started saying it would not qualify. The performance was good, the energy was good, the vocals were better than a lot of entries that did qualify. i think Belgium is the one country that hurt the most with the Public only vote.

We are o proud of Baby Lasagna, he is such a big star now in our country. I do feel they really wanted a surefire winner to limit Israels chances and hey picked Nemo. Although it's a deserving winner, it's a little peculiar That France only recieved 3x 12 points while it's such an abvious jury song. 1st in jury and 5th in public is also a big difference. Although we are happy with the second place it does feel BL has een robbed from the title alittle.

Very interesting year this one. This year the only smash hits are Europapa and La noia. But I actually think that if Joost hadn’t been disqualified his streams would be quite lower (still good, but very reduced). Also, it’s interesting how The code (the actual winner) and Rim Tim Tagi dim (the biggest fan favorite) aren’t doing that great

i just replied to a commen saying i find it a little suspicious that a song like The Code recieved the most 12 points ever. It's a good song, but not that good, especially after a first listen. i feel they needed a surefire winner and they picked Nemo instead of Croatia because it would have been suspicious if Croatia would get all the 12 points. If it was an oen year, i believe France would have gotten way more 12 points, giving way fror Croatia to actually win.

Honestly, i think he did get a boost from the DQ the first few days, but those things seem to only last a couple ofdays with the general public. Europapa was still doing better than any sng 2 weeks after eurovision, in fact, it's still doing better than all the others. so the DQ might have helped people to discover the song and eventually liking it the most. nemo is a typical Jury winning song which doesn't have the connection with the Gp that songs like Europapa, La Noia, mon amour have.

Not crying, not unaccepting, just doing charts. and will keep doing them. Working on a few more including streaming charts from the last 68 years. I love charts and i've been following them since i was maybe 5 years old. know it's been a month, but if a song hasn't catched on with Radio and the GP, social media and pop culture, the streams will die down. Same for every other song and every other artist. I didn't mention baby lasagna, because he's not competing with the main big hitters and is not a radio friendly song. So it will never cross over to mainstream radio. It was obvious from when the first charts ame out.

(Joost 89 - Nemo 304 - Angelina and Slimane in between those numbers) kworb.net/ww/ The daily worldwide digital song charts (these include ùany digital charts like Itunes, deezer apple music, youtube) The Code 146 Europapa 84 (Luchtballon 55) Mon Amour 64 So Slimane is actually doing the best at the moment. What i'm saying is. Nemo needs a viral moment or a hit album released to maintain good streaming numbers. and that's perfectly possible, but until then we can only rate what we have at the moment.

Streamed Switzerland because it’s my 2nd favorite after Ireland while streamed Netherlands out of boredom but went coming back for more despite currently being one of my biggest guilty pleasure songs. However, I thought Italy was the overhyped one and no matter how much I hear the song, I don’t see the appeal. If I did, then I liked the staging. That’s it

@@cailieisidro5758 Italy did feel a little overhyped, but i was drawn in because pretty much every poll and eurovision youtuber called it their favorite. The Netherlands had a big boost from the disqualification, but we can't ignore how inmensly popular it was before all that. So i don't think this is overhyped at all. I do wonder how it would have done when it wasn't disqualified.

For Italy on the other hand, I still find it overhyped and continue to see it as their 1st or top 10 (Rarely low or mid ranked) but I respect your opinion
