If you slow it right down, then you wont have water splashing everywhere out of the top of the hopper. When running no load, they dont need to be running flat out!

It probably looks like it is running too fast for you ,but this is the 2hp version which runs at 1000 rpm !!!

I just cant believe how they have access to just such a large variety of fruits , trees and plants. Feels like they live in paradise. Fresh produce right on their door step , surrounded by nature and enjoyed together in a close knit family and community! All the money in the world cant buy what they have.

'Gday, Griz and hope you had a wonderful summer. I guess fall is here again but it just seems like a week and it was here a year ago. Hope your garden did well. I think ours exploded with beans and squashes. Cucumbers are still sneaking in but everything is dying back. Crickets are hollering too so frost won't be long in coming. Those were some sweet tractors and the rows were as straight as a line had been pulled to lay them out. Have a fine fall and shoot another if you can. Seems like there might be a road trip too. GBWYou!

Thanks Lewie...We had a very hot and dry summer, hosepipe bans are now in place, saying that we had a very good year in the garden, better yeilds than last year, and they are not even watered ,we live next to marshland and the garden stays moist underneath the top couple of inches,I haven't heard crickets for a few years now, working around loud machinery over the years has probably not helped me ears..

@@grizzly9871 I've got tinnitus and my head rings all the time but a cricket hollering in the evening quiet can get through sometimes. Glad everything is easing along, dry weather and all but it's all dying back and being yanked out. Getting ready for next year I suppose. I'm just the yard man and my Sweetie is the gardener. Take care, Mate and THANKS! CHEERS too!

Last time fired up was attached to a tractor pto , maybe a clean up of the electricity dpt. Is in order . thankyou for showing us your ability to turn a pile of rusty bits into a living breathing machine .😁😁😁

The driver is using the same steering technique I was taught back in the 50's One hand to steer the other one is for the throttle and gearshift and adjusting the plough. When not in use put it on your knee

Finally someone that does it much like I do. I use a log splitter to press in the bushings where possible. It has worked out so well for me that I built a hydraulic press for the bushings that cant go in the log splitter or on the 40 ton press. I also try to put 2 shims on both sides of the pins so that the surfaces don't rub together. Sometimes you have to get new shims that are thinner so you can fit 2. The reason I want 2 is so they can spin against each other. Great video. Well done.

Well done for the rescue. I have an AV1, where the previous owner broke the injector pump casting where the circlip holds in the innards at the bottom. Do you know where I could get a new one? (I will also need a new injector pump piston as that has been broken as well but I can buy those). I can if I need to use a spare PAZ1 pump body and rebuild the AV1 pump in it, but was hoping for something a little more correct if I can.
